The staff helped me find exactly what I was after even going to the trouble of emailing pictures and product information to show my husband so he could confirm his
order choices.
When the items arrived they were spot on in size style and fabric.
I was so happy I have been back to get him shorts this week for summer.

Would be nice if you updated your open hours on your website over the holidays. All your shops say you are open and you are not. What a waste of time and loss of a customer.

Horrible customer service, worst attitude in a manager I’ve ever seen, would not recommend to anyone, i happen to visit this store because it was close to work, I should’ve stuck with my usual store which is the richmond one, much more friendlier and helpful staff

This shop used to be awesome when they were down the road, but ever since they moved the customer service has been appalling. No interest in helping you out, and seems like you are an inconvenience for walking in. Used to be a regular customer but now will not be returning.

First time service was good even if product wait was two weeks, second visit entirely another story. Attended by a girl on subsequent visit who seemed to be unaware of the old retail adages and seemed quite proud of issuing contradictions and orders about where I should stand when paying for goods. Have no idea if this young female is related to the owners, but certainly suspect it due to her attitude and demeanor.

Very impressed with the explaination on work boots and how to wear them without getting blisters. Never told this before, see you do learn something everyday.

Very impressed. Totally old fashioned amazing service which is so hard to find these days. We had to buy the very first steel cap work boots for my son. The lady who served us explained everything in great detail, asked all the right questions, double, triple checked the fit and that they were comfortable. Highly recommend! Had to buy work shoes for my son starting at Macca’s. It took an extra 30 seconds at the checkout to put my favourite shorts on order. They have past purchases are on the system. Too easy. I couldn’t find them anywhere else. Next time I’ll just call them.

I walked into Totally Workwear today to find some steel capped shoes for work. Sharon assisted me find the perfect pair with careful consideration to work requirements and comfort in key areas. I found Sharon to demonstrate exemplary customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Even as I proceeded to try on two of almost every single pair of shoes available, needing to compare the half sizes quite a bit!
