Reception staff were polite and friendly. The doctor was on time, friendly and explained the procedure I had very well. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would say that they were all a joy to deal with. I came to the office with what I was hoping was just a sprained ankle and they discovered it was actually a broken foot! Needless to say I was devastated, but they made me feel that my foot and my well-being were very important to them. I would highly recommend Total GP Care Norwood to all my friends and family! We have been looking for a doctor for our whole family after the one we were seeing moved overseas. We have tried a lot since. We couldn’t be happier with our visit today. The woman on the front desk was warm and helpful and the doctor was very thorough and explained everything well and was very personable. I think we’ve found what we were looking for.

Couldn’t get into my normal GP and was surprised that Total GP care could see me almost immediately. Staff very professional and doctor very caring and thorough. Will definitely use again when needed.

I was coming from outside Adelaide for a weekend CBD function. It was terrific to easily make a GP appointment for the Saturday to ally my concerns about the new onset matter. I filled in the personal and health information online and was seen promptly for my appointment. Dr. Hamid was personable and dealt with the minor problem thoroughly and clearly. I was completely satisfied with the Dr. Hamid's medical care and the service provided by the clinic.

They got us in on a Sunday afternoon for my 6 year old son to have stitches in a chin wound. Dr was friendly & so helpful. We were thrilled to avoid the emergency department

Very easy to get to. Very clean clinic. Very friendly staff. Very caring doctor. Only downfall was waiting 35 minutes past the booked appointment time, however; this was apparently due to an emergency walk-in so it was understandable

I couldn't recommend this place enough, they fitted me into their busy schedule on a Sunday afternoon, receptionist was great and Dr was amazing. His communication and mannerisms were second to none. Highly recommend

I had an exceedingly distressing encounter at Total GP Care Norwood during my initial visit to this clinic for an appointment with Dr. Eswari Byka. The purpose of my visit was to address chronic ear pain, a concern I explicitly indicated on the provided form and also conveyed to Dr. Eswari regarding my allergy to Cefalexin. Dr. Eswari provided two prescriptions, one of which, upon arriving at the pharmacy, was found to be under a different patient's name. Upon rectification at the clinic, it was discovered that the antibiotic prescribed contained the substance to which I am allergic, despite the prior disclosure in both written and verbal forms to Dr. Eswari.

Subsequently, a return to the clinic was necessary for a revision of the prescription. During this revisit, it was disclosed that the duration of antibiotic use advised by Dr. Eswari was significantly different from the originally provided prescription; the discrepancy between the prescribed 16 days and the recommended 6 days further added to the confusion and dismay of the entire situation.

This series of errors and oversights has left me deeply disappointed in my experience at Total GP Care Norwood. It is with regret that I must express that this visit, marked by multiple prescription mishaps and miscommunications, has led me to conclude that it shall be both my first and final interaction with this clinic.

Dr Anne is the most genuine and kindest gp I’ve ever met! She’s professional and caring which she listens and answers every of my questions in detail. Nice clinic with friendly and welcoming service in overall, 10/10:)

I needed an appointment fairly urgently on a Sunday evening, so was scheduled for 6pm. I had to wait for an hour to be seen, but was happy to wait as my medical issue was becoming severe.
I saw Dr Mo, who was delightful, and also very thorough. He resolved and treated my problem with a minimum of fuss, and I was very impressed.
I thought the up front after hours fee of $60 was very reasonable, as I usually pay more than this to see my normal GP, who doesn’t bulk bill.
The clinic surroundings are fresh and welcoming, and the receptionist on duty was very pleasant.

Exceptional professionalism and an ever so caring attitude towards my needs at the appointment.

So grateful that they are open Sundays. It meant an issue that popped up this morning with my toddler was able to be seen to this afternoon. Easy booking process online (even for new patients), plenty of close parking options, very welcoming and friendly reception staff, waiting room was well managed and the doctor we saw was really great with my toddler. Thanks Dr Abdullah, well worth my hour drive down the freeway
