My daughter and I have started to go to this clinic and we are very happy. Dr Lauren has great communication skills- she is very approachable and is highly knowledgeable and has great skills. She talks thoroughly about your concerns and issues and gives you multiple options, if needed. I feel very at ease with Dr Lauren and she comes in highly recommended.

I have been going to this surgery for over 27 years Dr James is one of the best doctors, everyone is very helpful and the service is great and all staff are so friendly, Kerry the office manger is so great, polite, and she makes you feel very welcoming each time coming into the surgery, I recommend this doctors surgery to everyone, also never a long wait with appointments, -

Absolutely horrible service. I signed in and waited for ~50 minutes, and after inquiring at the front desk, they told me that the doctor is yet to see two more people ahead of me! No heads up, no apology.

Predatory healthcare

Saw Dr. Christpoulos today and as usual a fantastic and thorough service provided. Reception always greeting me with a smile and happy to help where needed.

I have found that the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. There's covid protocols in place and if you call before going, they can tell you if the doctor's are running on time or not, so you're not waiting for long. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely professional and take the time to find out what is wrong, so you're not always walking out with a script. There's disabled parking out front and plenty of parking behind the clinic or on Port Road. I'm extremely happy with the service I have received here.

Doctor Katsaneris is a thorough caring doctor who always listens and helps. Highly recommend him. Best Doctor in Adelaide.

Great service, the staff are friendly and all the doctors are very knowledgeable.
Very clean and great saftey procedures in place for Covid. I Highly recommend them.

The best family clinic you can find & service. The best possible Doctors & Reception staff. Even if my Doctor is late I will wait for him patiently because he is just such a good Doctor.

Has a great carpark space out the back too. The Practice Manager is exceptional!

The receptionist is amazing, and, they bulk bill. The doctors themselves are only worth seeing in an emergency.

Had to call in sick to work and needed a sick cert prompto. After i called around the amazing lady at the front desk managed to book me in for an appointment that day in about 10 minutes time.

I rushed down in my pjs and only realised once i got there that i didn't have my medicare card but again the lady and the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful, even helping me track my number down.

I really wish i asked for her name because she is absolutely 10/10 could not recommend more

I initially had a poor customer experience here however Kerry at reception turned around my experience by calling me back after following up on my situation. She was able to help me get a satisfactory outcome. Thanks Kerry and team!

I travel from Taperoo to see Doctor James, who I've been seeing since I lived in Croydon some years ago.

Dr Gavin James you are amazing. You are the only Dr who got me the correct diagnosis, Occipital Neuralgia, others saying migraines are depression. Only 2 days after having nerves burnt at Dr Jones and Partners, I awoke for the first time in I can't remember without a migraine. I feel emotional gratitude. Kerry you have been a huge support, so THANK YOU

After recently moving into Bowden, i visited this practise as i needed a new GP closer to home. I saw Dr James and he was very warm and understanding of my complex medical history. It was evident he was not phased by my chronic health conditions and has a solid and broad scope of clinical practise. The receptionist was friendly and willing to have a chat while i was waiting. Given i have had 50 years of dealing with the medical system and chronic medical conditions; I can say with some authority, this is a high quality practise with caring professional staff.i will be definitely making this my regular medical practise.

I’m very disappointed with the poor service I received today! I saw different doctor today as instead of my usual doctor as he has left and the clinic is my local medical center. I explained to the doctor that I’ve been experiencing some excruciating back pain, mind you I also explained that I have had 1 major spinal fusion placing metal rods in 2016, and two other following operations all on my back within that year. I also have golden staph running through my back as a result from infection and I HAVE NOT had any pain killer prescriptions for the past 2 years, so it’s not like I’m addicted to pain killers. This lady would not even acknowledge anything I was saying as if i had made it up & would not prescribe me any pain killers. She told me even if I were to go to another doctor they also would not prescribe me because apparently to her they are not for back pain. She was rude to me and I felt very upset after everything I’ve been through and for her to act like she did not believe me. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, I’ve been coming here for 3 years well not anymore. I understand it’s getting strict for pain killers but do you have to be dying to get some? I do not recommend this clinic at all. If you want a good clinic that takes patients seriously and takes the time to listen to you go to the Westwood medical clinic. I explained to them what had happened and all of my history and the doctor there told me I should of been turned away in the first place.
