Toledo Three Plenties Palace Chinese Restaurant

I ordered 2 chickens with plum sauce for $21 Aud each, and they service something that was not chicken. That "meat" didn't taste chicken. The colour and smell were completely different from chicken. When we complained, the chef was rude and treated us very badly. After a discussion, the money was back. Sad!

I asked for Chicken in Plum sauce, instead of chicken I received something that is not even looks or taste like real chicken, the texture was disgusting. I asked for a refund, but the Chef was so rude. I recommend people don't get such a bad experience like me

Great service, meals were fantastic. Finished with deep fried ice cream balls. Excellent night. Will go again

We went for my birthday dinner, it was early and we were the only ones there, friendly service, entrees were great, the garlic prawns were exceptional, The mains were great too and large portions as well.

Don't know what the negative reviews are about, we just had the best Chinese takeaway. The girl who took our order was lovely, knew what she was doing and the food was ready in the time frame stated.

I highly recommend eating from here.

Received the wrong order and the wrong size. Would not give a refund and said they'd only offer a replacement if order was returned that night. We live half an hour away and the petrol station was closed. I offered to come the following day but they would not honour that. Half the food we couldnt eat. Kids ended up having frozen Aldi spring rolls and home cooked rice. Where is keeping the customer happy? Where is the honour when you ackowledge you made the mistake? When I said Id come for my refund, I was told " good luck". Waste of $80 and our time. Will never return even though Chinese food is my favorite. Wil take our money elsewhere next time.

Went here with family for dinner. The building is old and in need of a lot of work. However, it is clean. Service was slow, and I had to get staff's attention to order. 2 people ordered entrees, which meant we waited around 1 hour for mains. In saying all this, the food was delicious, good portions for the price.

Food was ok. Not quite sure why an omelette has to be swimming in soy sauce? Too much MSG, and I forgot to say No MSG!

The "chef" smokes while cooking and the wife tried to charge me 10 dollars more then what my order was. They got my order wrong even after I confirmed over the phone and in person about what my order was.
If I didn't confront the woman that tried to charge me more then I was meant to pay She would've went through with it. If you Value your health money time and brain cells don't order here

The food was actually not bad, and the service was friendly.

But, that place needs some major renovations, it is falling apart. I can see once upon a time it would of look very nice, but it looks like nothing has been done for 30 years.

The front was not was not inviting at all, there is stains and broken decorations all through the restaurant, please owners if you are reading this put some money into it and give it a face lift!

Do not waste your money had tea at this dump and I use lightly food was worse than food cort quality and we spent over 120 bucks to still be hungry place was dirty and got a bottle of house water and the lid had mold growing on it wear dirty and not clean and place smells like old grees traps relly relly think the health department need to have a look at this place fast be4 thay kill some one only good thing was the service from the young girl or guy not 100 percent what it was but nice service from them

Just way over priced! Seems like they've just marked the price of everything the same. Food is nothing special.

Had a great meal here. Definitely great Chinese cuisine. So full when we left and yummy food.

Great, friendly service. Great food (loved the plum duck, fried rice, and the banana fritter). We will be back.

We walked in for dine in and the atmosphere felt really gloomy, we were the only ones there and was tempted to get takeout instead. A few other people rocked up and eased the atmosphere. Service was alright, but food was surprisingly good!

This place is very dirty and the service was low standards. The food was ok, the toilets were filthy with no hand towel, dryer and no soap at all! We will never go again!

Bad dinning experience here took forever to get served, bad service! Lady was very rude tryed to overcharge me at the end.
I asked her to add it up again she tryed charging be extra $4, then she asked me if I could pay cash! I only had card so I payed EFTPOS then she ended up charging me $3 extra when I checked my bank account.

So rude, there’s one young girl sally calls either “young girl” or “ullussa” who she bosses around, pushes around and yells at frequently.you can hear fighting with the 2 bosses from the kitchen.had a dine in and my 4 year old ran into the kitchen so i had to go get him the chef had a cigarette smoking over the food! Immediately we left and said don’t worry about the food and he is in a white tank top and shorts in a kitchen! Very bad.it’s not the workers fault the young employees it’s the 2 bosses faults sally and roger do better!

Usually get a good feed here but was very disappointed on Sunday. Food lacked flavor despite being cooked and presented well. Not sure if there was a different person cooking on the Long weekend
