Had a great time there with my partner. Most of the shooting games were out of order and was disappointing but still had fun over all

This is probably the worst Timezone there is. Over half the games and machines are broken and out of order, and most of them also don’t display or count scores properly. The owners obviously don’t care about this establishment at all.

Once upon a time this place was amazing, however now each time we go we are disappointed. Almost every game is either broken, faulty, out of order or just simply turned off. The prices have sky rocketed, ticketed games pay outs are next to nothing and unless your willing to spend thousands of dollars here, you will only get cheap and nasty prizes. I strongly believe if they actually bothered to fix the machines correctly and make the prices reasonable and fair, this place could be amazing again.

Not a great experience, 18 machines were turned off or not working, the team weren't able to combine all of our cards together left with 4 cards that have all different points and balances left on them.

Very nice upgrade! Prizes need to be way better, still had a good time however limited things to do.

Much better as Timezone than these premises ever were as Tons o Fun. Would be 5 stars however several of the games were still being set up when I visited

Kids and adults have a fun time here. Many games to choose from. Not so crowded you cant walk around freely

Love it here it’s always a fun time! It would be good to get electronic tickets stored on your card would make things a bit easier but other than that it’s a great place to bring the kids.

I don't care what age you are, this place is great to kill some time and have a laugh

Lots of people NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! Im the one who keep telling my girls to keep their distance and NO WIPES OR HAND SANITISER to sanitise the consoles, balls, driving wheels, etc.being used to play the games. Though we had fun, somebody must act as a "COVID Marshall" just like in other public venues to maintain social distancing.

Hard to rate this place. Depends on which staff are on as to what sort of service you get. Lots of games but quite often there are a few out of order or don't operate properly which limits you a bit on collecting tickets (my son)

Was called TunzaFun. Honoured my card and swapped points onto a new card. Disappointed that a lot of games weren't working

A couple of years ago, this was the greatest place to come and play a few games and just have fun. But these days it just seem like every other machine if not more, were out of order and the ones that did work, definitely need to be serviced more regularly. This place has really gone down hill and certainly does not live up to its name of tunzaFUN anymore. It should be called tunzaDONE now. Awful experience.

Very small place no tickets in some machines and other games were out of order and not working we won't be taking the children there again

First time there for us. We took two kids after dinner. They loved it!
The girl behind the counter was friendly, helpful and patient with the kids making decisions on what they wanted to spend their points on.

Thanks for the great staff who were helpful and patient with my daughter for her 8th birthday and her friends. We all had a great time!

My son hadna great time - but dissapointed that a lot of the games he wanted to play were out of order.considering it was school holidays during our visit you'd think they would be working

Even in the middle of the school holidays with all the commotion and businesses, the staff remain pleasant, helpful, patient and caring. Well done!

Great selection to play, even if currently limited by covid restrictions on some. Staff very helpful when I had an issue with my card as only previously been to the Elizabeth location and my tickets needed to be brought over. Larger collection of big prizes of the 2 locations and definitely worth the trip.
