This is one of the best hardware shops I've been into. The service was outstanding, the stock was great and they had some lovely gift ware available. I think some of my Christmas shopping will be done here.

For a smaller hardware store there was great choice in the garden area and very friendly helpful staff.

I was in-store today at pt Elliot and purchased a lawn mower and was served by Michael, I cannot say enough of his professionalism and empathy towards customer needs.

The team here are always helpful and know their stuff. Never had any issues and they always have a great range of products, plus they are locally owned. Well done guys.

An excellent shop with a wide range of quality goods. Each time we have been there we have been looking for something unusual and have found just e what we wanted.

They provided fantastic service and information and a stylish ceramic product for much cheaper. We had been shopping around for a new toilet suite which was going to cost a few hundred and it was confusing to work out what would work in our existing bathroom. We went to Port Elliot Mitre 10 and nothing was too much trouble to work out if it was compatible and it only cost $169. Once again their knowledge and service was first class. Thanks guys!

Just moved to the Area.
Drove past the newly built Big Green Shed preferring to support locally owned as I think its important to have competition and support local.
Large order placed for materials for a Gable Roof Patio. Yes paid a bit more but service made up for that.
Delivery arrived on day Requested. All good.
Then on Saurday I realised I had purchased the wrong lenght fascia boards.
My mistake no question. I had already painted them so no question of return.
So called to place a second order asking can it be delivered monday or tuesday as a builder was starting on the Monday.
To my surprise even though they are open 7 days they don't take timber orders on the weekend to call back monday.
I asked if i call monday can it be delivered monday or tuesday? Answer They don't know it depends on how busy tbey were.
It just seemed all too hard with no effort to look for a solution.
I called Bunnings and within 5 min had placed the $500 order, paid and its being delivered Monday.

Would have to question if this is how you compete with a National Giant when they enter your market.
My next project is a complete new Ensuite and fencing. Who should I go too?

Nice place to pick up gardening supplies. The staff are friendly and it's easy to park. The plants are a smaller selection than Bunnings but more interesting. Some of them are a bit long in the tooth so chose wisely. Otherwise a good option for your garden needs.

Very helpful Staff on the floor and the check-out, was able to get a filter for my rainwater tank which I've been searching for quite a while now.
