Thorn-Clarke Wines

Thank you to everyone at Thorn-Clarke winery for making our wedding a truly magical day- we have had so many of our guests tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The location itself is simply stunning, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the 'main' part of the Barossa Valley, it provided a stunning outlook for our ceremony, numerous locations for our photos and an amazing space for reception (where we danced the night away under the stars).
Sharyn, cellar door manager, was amazing to work with- she took away any stress, made fantastic, expert suggestions and was genuinely as excited as we were! Special shout out to Brooksy, vineyard manager (I think this is his official title!), who happily drove us to photo locations and was so lovely too.
We had a heap of children at our wedding (actual and in spirit), so the lawn games and driving range were a huge hit- as were the hot chocolates! And, of course, the wine was fabulous- and didn't stop flowing! Thank you so much Sharyn and Thorn-Clarke Wines, you really made our day so special

We were a group of 5 who turned up ready for a tasting and we were picked to taste the new range of a wine. The lady there on the day was so nice to us from beginning to end. The service was great, she was so knowledgeable and it was a top experience. We will be back one day!

Purchased tickets for the 'fringe' and ended up at this beautiful winery with a jazz band playing pop songs of our era. Great afternoon.

Sensational tasting of 6 wines and loved them all. Lovely landscaped gardens and outlook. Only 3mins from Angaston.

Had a lovely time at the Cellar door. We were well looked after, enjoying a hit of golf, great food and an excellent selection of wine.

Wow, hubby and accidentally found this winery today and what a find. It's absolutely beautiful. 2.7kms out of Angaston. Amazing wines and we ordered a fantastic cheese platter. Views are sooo pretty and prices very reasonable. Sharon served us today such a lovely bright and bubbly lady who's service was amazing another wonderful feature of this gorgeous winery

This was such a great venue. Our friends came here to celebrate a birthday, the wine tasting had a great variety! Definitely enjoyed the Riesling. After the tasting we ended it with a game of golf on their beautiful driving range.

Visited Thorne-Clarke Wines with a large group and we all had a positive experience. Beautiful scenery from inside and out, great wines and the driving range was a plus. Shaz was such an attentive and friendly host.

Had a show here. Real genuine people running cellar door. Wines were priced well. Was a great venue. Super friendly hosts will be back. Awesome value best wines try the golf.

What an amazing afternoon my wife and I had. Sharon you are incredible and so knowledgeable which honestly is rare these days. Thorn Clarke Wines was by far our best stop of the day yesterday Sharon was so lovely we really enjoyed our time with her, I would highly recommend booking in a tasting with her. We will be back again very soon

Both Reds and Whites were very nice. The cheese platter was excellent quality from local producers too. Would highly recommend going for a tasting.

A real hidden gem in the Barossa! Outstanding Estate cool climate wines, something for everyone! Breathtaking views, platters are available and you can top off your experience with a few swings on the driving range! Highly recommend a stop here!

Yeah the wine is good as I have purchased in store elsewhere. I was there in a service capacity. But I can tell ya that behind the scenes are a bunch of dedicated blokes who know their grapes and how to grow them. They say its a good company and they get treated right. So buy the wine and support SA and those hard working guys! CM

Lovely wines and views. We did wine tasting and a cheese platter with our dog. The woman working there was very friendly and helpful as well.

Awesome place, would recommend to anyone. Luke is a legend, could easily sit, drink wine and hit golf balls all afternoon.

The ros'e is extremely delicious and Luke the host was welcoming and helpful. The gardens are beautiful too!
