Had a fantastic experience at Thomas Farms this week. The team were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about their products. As we have a coeliac in our family, they took the time to explain what was and wasn’t gluten-free across their entire range. Highly recommend!
Popped in store today and was served by Mitch who helped me get organised for a bbq. Outstanding customer service and certainly service with a smile from him. Will be back. Thanks Mitch.
Great shop, easily the best halal butcher I have tried in South Australia (and I have tried a few over the years).
The meat quality is premium, the cleanliness of the shop is excellent and prices are great as well, slightly cheaper than equivalent halal options from Coles.
To top it off their customer service is outstanding. They happily prepared mince meat for me when their pre-prepared mince was sold out.
Friendly service, however, tonight I had to throw chicken schnitzel out (bought yesterday). Smelled sour and didn’t want to risk it, especially with a baby… husband tasted it, just Incase we were being dramatic. Definitely off.
