Thebarton Community Centre

It was better than I thought it would be. Plus, playing a game there, I won a prize of chocolates. Talking to & meeting people and generally making a difference at the event.

Excellent facilities, modern contemporary Community Centre. One of the best Community Centres in the State. A range of areas available for small, medium and large sized events. Plenty of on-site car parking. Hopefully the upcoming North South Corridor Infrastructure doesn't impact on this architecturally building

Great flexible place for the community. I attended a charity quiz night here and the venue, facilities, audio visual etc were all excellent

The immunization nurses at thebarton cc are Iovely I always bring my kids here to be vaccinated in and out within 30 minutes every time

New, modern building with spacious areas and great facilities. Have been there for numerous community events. Is still holding up well after many years of operation. The annual Japanese festival is held there now and is a great venue for it as it has grown in size over the years. Great big expansive lawn for the kids to play on too. Adjacent to other modern parks with play equipment.

Attended the Japanese festival again.always a great morning out. Certainly could be improved with more stalls and things to see.and ability to buy coffee! Watching studio flamenco dancers was superb

I enjoy the centre and it's facilities. I attend many functions here and it's a positive experience.

Great community Hub. Centrally located on South Rd. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Right next to the soccer oval where West Torrens Council does at times put on free events (movies etc) for the public. Often used for functions and community events.

Great spot. Crazy to think they just built it to now be knocking it down for South Rd. Other than that, it’s great spot! Sad there getting rid of kings reserve who thousands use weekly to give to a small group of footballers. Terrible.

Very well maintained.
Grateful to have lots of multicultural events can be and going to be held in this lovely facility.

Classy facility and easy to reach.
The stage and sound systems need upgrade. Also, windows need tenting and new blinds to completely obscure.

First time here & was surprised at how clean & large an area it was. Clean amenities. Very sleek architectured building. Only downside was lack of lighting in the carpark.

Great place for a venue, pretty upsetting the government is going to bulldoze the place down for a freeway.

Awesome place for your work function needs. Friendly helpful staff, very clean, everything you need is in the room. Absolutely fantastic!

A good place to have a community event. Nice clean buildings and outdoor areas. Good access for patrons by car and bus. Also good parking for events.

Nice place for outdoor functions. I had been there for an Australia Japanese friendship festival 2022. So much Japanese cuisine and handicrafts and activities.

I thought a community centre was for the community, not this place they kick you out quicker than look at you the girls behind the desk are great but the male manager is just rude and disrespectful

Open areas that can be hired for parties and activities. Very relaxing Christmas lunch had by all.

Nice and big, comfy airy with beautiful view. Gets a bit difficult to get through during peak traffic times
