The admin staff here are excellent The young blond haired lady at the counter was very caring and helpful. The medical staff are are also very good. I found that they were very professional. I would recommend this clinic for their excellent and high standards of medical care.

Terrible customer service. Got a call whilst driving to my apt, telling me I had to reschedule my apt as the doctor wasn’t doing in clinic appointments. The receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative. Wait times at the clinic can range from 30 to a 1.45hour wait.

Absolutely disgusting. You call up to book an appointment and tell them you are in pain and they don't care. If you don't book weeks in advance you don't get an appointment. These days you have to plan your sickness in order to be looked after.

The reception staff here are pretty much the worst I've come across. They have a mask mandate but one in particular doesn't wear her mask half the time. They are very slow to respond to patients and not particularly helpful. In fact they are often rude and argumentative. Watching them while waiting to see the Dr is pretty frustrating. They either need retraining or you need new reception staff. I'm not sure who responds to these reviews but I am disgusted by the unprofessional and passive aggressive responses. We've been there at 'busy' times and the reception staff are not 'under the pump'. And telling patients to 'be a ray of sunshine' and they may get a better service? Seriously?
When you are given consistent and valid feedback from patients and this is your standard response and nothing changes (i.e. Improvements in the performance of the reception staff) something is very wrong.

The worst ever clinic in western suburbs. Run by clowns with no sense of time schedule or respect for others life. For example, if you get an appointment at 10: 30AM, you should expect a GP come out and call your name around 11: 45 with no sense of remorse or regret. The front office staff acts like it's normal to delay an appointment by 1 hour 15mins. Pathetic!

Can’t believe how rude the receptionists are on the phone! When I call to make an appointment they make it seem like the biggest inconvenience. I’ve been going there for years and that’s the biggest downside- how rude the front desk staff are

I wish there would be zero star I could give, rude receptionist always. This place is still require you to wear a mask and just in case if you haven’t got a mask they won’t provide you any mask. But they will ask you to go to pharmacy and buy one.
Doctors are always late for their appointment at least 1 hour late.

Worst service Ever! Beware, doctors do not care about their patients, Patients left waiting all day for booked morning tele health appointment, no call and Doctor leaves for the day, this is the third time this has occured! No duty of care, should be ashamed of themselves - stay away if you care about your health.

The make you wait antill one in half hour it's very bed expression I just come from there. I'm seeing the doctor's more than tan years but now it's very bad it's too much waiting I didn't see the doctor. I just can't wait people come after me doctor see them I the only one waiting omg

If I could give zero stars I would! The Dr’s at this practice are fantastic however they need to do something about the reception staff, every time I visit I have a terrible experience, I understand they are busy but they are not friendly at all. I was the only person in line and 5 of them were talking …. Not about work it was a casual conversation while I stood there for 10 minutes and during this time not one of them acknowledged me to say we will be with you in a moment, Please consider that you may have a nervous patient anxious about their results, when I was greeted it was like I was the biggest in inconvenience for them… might need to consider a new career!

I asked one the receptionist for a face mask for someone who was on the door with baby. She hasn’t even look at me and denied and ask me to buy from next door pharmacy.but suddenly everything change when she looked at the lady on the door and ask her to come in and provide a face mask talking to her so politely looks like she knows her… so unfair….

Horrible reception but fantastic doctors, anarchic environment. If your appointment is 10am, better come around 12pm. Dr Salih is an honourable man and a competent professional, that’s the reason we come here.

The Clinical Lab is supposed to be opened at 8.00am but the from door of the clinic was closed. There’s another entrance behind the building but no information in the front door, even the nurse doesn’t didn’t know where to go.

What a joke this place is. I had to wait a week for an appointment and when there had to wait over an hour to be seen by a Dr that really didn't care.the desk staff are also useless in assisting in any way.this was once a good place but not no more.one of the worse in the West now.

Even 1 star is being generous. Their phones are barely on, the hold times are ridiculous and the front counter ornaments are useless.

Dr O'Leary.an exceptional doctor, a wonderful man. The only thing I would say is that he seems to see his patients in the most random order. I was waiting for just under two hours recently and people who had been waiting for 10 minutes were going in before me. I sat tight though, he saw me eventually

HANDS DOWN 100% worst GP in Adelaide and i would give zero stars if it were an option
1.expect over an hours wait. 2.expect doctors who are apathetic and aren't willing to listen. 3.expect rude and unhelpful counter staff.do yourself and your family a favor and do not attend this practice
