It's a good place if you just sing and don't drink. Too small for group activity - They tried fitting 7 people into a small room, which is the same room for 2 people when I go with my friend.

Had a great time here with a group of friends. Great service by Shauna. Place looked in great condition. System was a bit hard to use at first but figured it out very quickly.

Had a great time! Fantastic, helpful and generous staff, great song selection once you get the hang of the system, good drink selection. Lots of rooms of different capacities. Thanks guys!

Had a great time at the Bar but I was overcharged an extra $100 on the night and I am still waiting to hear back for a refund after I have made contact a few times. Disappointing.

The absolute worst customer service myself and my colleagues have ever experienced. Staff wanted to charge us $120 for 1 bottle of no name cheap generic vodka.
The bartender refused to communicate or make eye contact, he continued to use hand gestures pretending he was deaf and signing and then proceeded to tell me I was old enough to be his mum, when all I was doing was ordering a drink. Very arrogant.
I am disappointed that I chose this venue to host part of our Christmas party. If your planning on karaoke make sure you choose another venue.
On behalf of my organisation we don't even want to leave one star.

Ran a bucks night with a 3 hour room+drinks package.
Great experience had by all, buck got a complimentary cocktail and staff were fun and awesome.
To contradict what some reviews say, there is a very broad variety of english songs, provided you figure out how to use the search function. There was enough selection to fill 3+ hours of singing!

Great rooms, drinks were all delicious, staff were very friendly. Had no issues finding all the Songs to scream our lungs out to!

Relatively good karaoke bar. Unfortunately, they're pretty limited in their range of songs available. Also pretty expensive to book. There are cheaper places out there with a bigger range of songs available

Really cool looking place with friendly staff however the fun stops there. Very limited song selection with a very hard to use system which is predominantly not in English. Had to ask for a refund so we could go somewhere else which I’m grateful the bartender happily offered us. I suspect it wasn’t the first time customers have been disappointed and wanted to leave

The voice is a great karaoke bar tucked away in China town, and with the addition of Valkyrie Cocktail Lounge and its phenomenal staff, it's honestly the best you can find in Adelaide. 100% would recommend.

Thoroughly recommended. We booked out the Rat Pack room for my wife’s 50th on a Saturday night, 9pm to 12am, and had such a brilliant time we stayed an extra hour. Isaac, the manager, and his team were excellent - helpful, polite, and good fun. The drinks package was delivered in full and reasonably priced. We turned up 15 minutes late but despite this being our fault, Isaac didn’t start our booking clock until we actually entered the room at 9.15 so we didn’t lose out. We will certainly be back.

May be fine if only understand Chinese as this is what the menus are in. Not user friendly. The booth areas are a good idea tho. It's got great potential

Party of 30 people. Over charged for drinks we didn't order. Waited 45 mins for our first round of drinks. Asked for the manager; not available on the night. Called 3 times the following week to speak to the manager or owner to discuss and no call back.

Good place to have fun. Couldn't get glass of wine, had to buy whole bottle. Ok selection of songs.

The idea is great but it's a bit rough. From the signage and decor it's signed at the Asian market

We had a great night here it is so much fun! We laughed and danced and sang. Booked in last minute for my birthday and bought a package deal which included 4 bottles of wine or 1 spirit or 20 beers. The system wasn’t the easiest to use but was manageable.we loved it!

Nice rooms and good drinks at affordable prices but the software for the karaoke system is hard to use and the lyrics on screen are often wrong.

Upon arrival they tried to bully us to change our reservation so they could charge us an extra $170. Our package was meant to include two bottles of spirits and at most we only ended up getting one. They do not allow you to actually have the bottles - you must call for service and they put about three shots worth in a massive jug. It's all money making tactics, forcing you to buy ridiculously priced soft drink mixers while not even getting the alcohol you already paid for.

Honestly just a shameful way to run a business and brings a bad name to the industry.

Interface is pretty poor, rooms are $70, mics were pretty quiet, overall pretty average experience, staff came across as unwelcoming.
