The Villas - Barossa

This place is a hidden gem. At the price point, you are expecting something pretty good. It delivers. The villas themselves have absolutely everything you could expect in in your own home. Bedding, furniture, linen - you name it - all of great quality and comfort. Cath and Grant are fabulous hosts and supplying wonderful breakfast items and other essentials to get you by. The location is very central to many good wineries. We did a walking tour of 4 cellar doors one afternoon, but it was possible to cover at least twice that number.
This place is a perfect for a getaway for 2 couples who can still be separated by their own villas. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Staying at the villa for two nights really was a lovely surprise birthday gift. With its unique design the villa is light filled & you feel to be a part of the environment. We loved the emphasis on the use of quality natural materials, furnishings & colours.
We really enjoyed the very generous & delicious provisions and the fact that they were mainly sourced locally emphasised the Barossa experience for us. Everything was top quality including the bathroom toiletries.
Being on the Seppeltsfield Road with its historic buildings and majestic palms really feels like the essence of the Barossa and is a great location for exploring the area.

We stayed at The Villas for 2 nights and it was just beautiful. The whole experience was great. They left very tasty fresh and local produce for us in the fridge. We ve enjoyed them very much. The villa was very clean; comfortable and private. Also, everything was eco friendly. The location is great too. If you are visiting Barossa I d highly recommend you to stay there! Thank you

Sadly I didn't get the pleasure of staying the Villas due to lockdown in Melbourne, but I'm giving 5 stars as the booking confirmation (adn sadly cancellation process) was so exceptional. Thank you Cath! We hope we can come stay another time.

Loved our stay at the Villas, beautiful and quality fittings and accessories through out the accommodation. The owners supplied us with excellent and bountiful breakfast supplies and other goodies to enjoy! Great location for exploring the Barossa by car or walking along peaceful lanes amongst the vineyards.

Great location and wonderful hosts. The Villas are modern with cozy furnishings, luxury linen and are fully stocked with all those little extras that make your stay perfect. There was nothing I reached for that wasn't there! If I could give more than 5 stars I would)

Cathy and Grant, could not have done anything more to make us feel spoiled during our stay. The beautiful villa provided the perfect, intimate getaway. The villa was immaculately clean, well stocked with creature comforts such as slippers, robes, throw blankets, insect repellent, and yummy breakfast selections. Well within walking distance to Seppeltsfield Road Distillery and Greenock Creek wines. Would highly recommend The Villas - Barossa!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of September, 2020. In short - we loved it. The bubbly, the cheese and biccies on arrival the modern fittings and appliances, the isolation, the fantastic help and communication prior to arrival - everything.
We loved it and highly recommend staying here to anyone and everyone.

A unique, beautifully appointed accomodation experience. The Villas were roomy, sophisticated and relaxed all at once! The bath was perfect and the produce provided for us was delicious and added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a different experience than a regular hotel then this is the place to go. Cathy and Grant are wonderful hosts and the Villas are located near some fabulous locations.

We stayed for a couple of nights between Christmas and New Year last year and our stay at the villa was one of the highlights of our visit to South Australia. Although it wasn’t the best time of the year to visit the Barossa, but Grant and Cathy made sure we had the best stay. The set up and its facilities are definitely 5 stars! We love how they thoughtfully chose the blinds and security door to ensure all guests are comfortable at any weather conditions. Amazing Vasse Virgin toiletries, beautiful beddings and the locally produced breakfast (bread, cheese, jams, dips, yoghurt, juice, mineral water and milk) are provided thoughtfully for us. Like others said, Cathy and Grant’s attention to detail is second to none. Also, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys for having us and made our wedding anniversary weekend so memorable.

We stayed 3 nights in October and it was the perfect accommodation for a serene relaxing holiday! We met Grant on our walk to Seppeltsfield Road Distillers and he was warm and friendly! Such a quick walk up the road to cellar doors and gin tasting, our favourite being Two Hands cellar door and tasting.
The amenities we're incredible and the fridge was stocked with all out breakfast needs, Cathy even arranged Almond Milk for me as well as regular milk for my Husband. The attention to detail was second to none, from the Vasse toiletries, the incredible cosy linen bedding and the wine and cheese ready for our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

An extremely well designed and furnished villa that is extremely close to wineries in the Barossa Valley.

Great accommodation, owners cater well to guests. The Villas provide comfort in a relaxing area, along with easy access to many great spots around the Barossa Valley

A wonderful property. Beautifully located in Maranaga with so much within walking distance, the owners have also decorated the Villa really nicely - and there are loads of special touches we loved. Like the stocked and local food and fridge, the gorgeous bath, the comfy bed and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Loved waking up to magpies singing and having a walk around. Beautiful place.
