Appointments almost always run on time. Staff are kind and caring and great with my young son.

Everyone was very supportive and happy to assist us in our needs.
Dr See was knowledgeable of everything we spoke about and assisted in making further referrals as required.

I have always found the medical care professional, thorough and friendly. I happily recommend the practice to others and I have several friends who already are patients there.

The nurse was very rude to me, left my son's vaccines out of the fridge for more than 15 minutes, showed impatience when taking care of my baby and when answering questions I asked her about the medication.

The doctors are lovely and though ask questions to make sure you are taking the best medication for your health the receptionists are lovely too

I have given this review 5 stars purely for the respect of Dr Gleeson as he is an amazing doctor. Doctor Gleeson, your front of staff (admin) need some serious training on how to speak to patients politely and with some respect. From the first phone call the rudeness is obvious. Entering the doctors surgery nothing changes, short and abrupt conversations. When its time to pay I was standing at the counter for a good minute before the girls looked up and acknowledged me. A small question on the bill was met defensively when I was only trying to understand the gap payment. I know it’s a busy time especially in the health industry, but you will lose patients as there’s nothing more irritating then rude front of house staff. Please address this. This has happened more than once when coming to see you.
