It took me a while to decide what to order because as a gluten-free member of society, I was spoilt for choice! I felt great after eating my burger and chips leaving me with no doubt about their "no cross contamination" advertising. Just would have asked for my chips to be a bit crispier, other than that it was a great lunch

Great tasting food, they were able to cater for coeliac disease. Will be a returning customer.

We bought dinner from the Stuffed Chook at Dernancourt Saturday night. We ordered 3 yiros with the lot (1 combo, 2 lamb), hot chips, and potato fritters. We requested the whole order gluten free to avoid any confusion and to hopefully reduce contamination risks (I have severe coeliac disease).
Not sure what they heard my order as, but as a staff member repeated my order to me upon pick up she said "Two gluten free lamb yiros, one normal. ".
I was confused to why she said "normal" and so I asked if they were all gluten free and she said "yes".
Started eating the yiros when I got home and realised it wasn't a combo yiros as I'd asked for, and none of the yiros had "the lot" as requested. My yiros also had what looked like beetroot juice all over the wrapping, which tells me it was not prepared on a clean surface. I have no idea what they placed the order down as, but it was incorrect. I was also glutened one way or another because I was in extreme pain, nauseous, vomiting, headachey, shakey, and light-headed with bad heart burn and indigestion all night/morning. These are my usual symptoms from gluten and my symptoms always start within 3-4 hours of being glutened and last a while, which is what happened this time too. I have no idea what was messed up, but something I ate was NOT gluten free, or was heavily contaminated by an incompetent staff member. This is incredibly frustrating. I had to cancel my plans for Sunday because of how unwell I have been as well. Not only can you hospitalise someone with coeliac disease with such carelessness, but the damage it does to us causes symptoms for days/weeks and increases our risk of cancer. The staff need to be better trained and informed, because this is unacceptable.
Adding to this, last time we ordered from here a couple weeks ago we ordered a beetroot, feta and chickpea salad and it tasted awful/off. Other people who have ordered it agreed that it was inedible. I have also ordered from here at least 6 times and the female staff seemed incompetent (this wasn't the first time I've had an order messed up), and they had a little attitude that did not feel welcoming.
I will not be returning here again, which is a shame because there's so very few places around that people with coeliac disease can order from, and while I thought I had finally found a local place, it is not safe at all.

Lovely experience amazing Gluten Free options. Loved the fish and chips. Barramundi was outstanding.

This used to be our go to takeaway but I think they have changed hands recently. Yiros's were just OK but garfish was overcooked and dry. Like eating cardboard. Chips were tasteless, soggy and old. May have been recooked frozen chips. Used to be crisp and fresh. Asked for chicken salt but didn't have any. Will not go back.

I've been a loyal customer for a decent 3 years now and never had any issues! Food is made with love and most have treated me well
But I had a terrible experience just the other night. I was disappointed as a few times I have asked for my food to be ready at a certain time and I have had to wait for an extra 10 minutes when I arrive (which I understand hospitality as I also work in the industry). But I do not tolerate rudeness and bad customer service!
I was spoken to with a horrible attitude and I confronted the female and she gave me more attitude, then followed by the other female that was working there basically asking me to leave as I had my food and I was arguing! A simple apology would have eased the situation and I would have left. Quite upset and disappointed

The place was hyped up to me and I was looking forward to trying it. Finally did tonight got a combo yiros, chips, gravy. The combo yiros smelled and tasted weird, like plastic and off. The garlic sauce doesn't taste like garlic, just yoghurt or something. The chicken was dry and hard even. The lamb tasted weird as anything. The chips are hard and stale. The gravy has a weird taste of flour or corn starch. It was really really anticlimactic. Dissapointed. Sad.

Fresh & Tasty food. Really love that there's Vegetarian/Vegan & Gluten Free Options available so everyone can enjoy! Staff are always welcoming and friendly:)

Ordered via app 45 minutes prior to pickup. I was told that it’s on its way out when I arrive to pick it up. I waited 40 minutes then told another 3 minutes. Another 10 minutes later still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile they kept taking orders as I waited.

Tried this place few times now. Tonight bit disappointed with ordering first time online. The online order system mentioned gravy would be on the side, which it wasnt. The tartare sauce was hot, so can presume it contained chilli, which I think is unusual for tartare sauce so would've thought you might need to mention it contains chilli. The fish unfortunately will get the worst feedback. The skin/scales should be removed as alot of people (incl me) do not like eating the fish skin. Havent come across any other fish shop so far that leaves skin/scale on for their customers. Not sure if this is the norm for this shop, but if it is, it might be worth mentioning to customers so we can order something else or ask for the skin to be removed before battering the fish.

Ordered schnitzel through Deliveroo. Picture showed the schnitzel with gravy, but when it arrived I opened it up just to find it overdone, no gravy and cold.
First time ordering and refuse to order again.
I wouldn't serve that up to my worst enemy.

Very thin snitty on buger super over cooked aswell. 2 day old tomatos, no salt on the cold chips.

It's a five star rating from me. Good service and a great product range. Chips are like fries which I prefer. Chicken wings are great and I will be back to try other menu items. The staff were friendly and welcoming and they serve you as an order is completed, rather than keeping you in a queue.

To be honest I was really underwhelmed. The nuggets were burned, the chicken schnitzel was dry and the quality wasn’t great.

The reason it has two stars instead of one was because it offers a decent range of gluten free food allowing my wife with coeliac disease a place to eat.

Everyone deserves a second chance and will amend this review if the quality improves and this was a once off.
