A place i would recommend to buy homeware, reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

Mukesh arrived on time; vacuumed any mess; cleaned the shelves after installation and was an extremely efficient, very personable, respectful young man. Keep a hold of this gem. He is worth a lot to your business in client contact. 2nd time we have done business with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

Unbelievable customer service that deserves more than 5 stars. Received package of under bench bins in Melbourne on Tuesday and reported slight damage to plastic lid. Package did not show signs of any damage. Sent shots of damaged piece plus in tact packaging on Tuesday afternoon and voila new lid has arrived here in Melbourne Thursday morning. Didn’t think that level of service happened any more so big shout out to the team at the Storage online shop. Absolutely recommend them.

I ordered a wardrobe shelving system online and realised I had ordered the wrong size. When I called in the morning to ask if I could get it changed, they were incredibly helpful and even called back to let me know I had ordered the wrong amount of drawers. It came super quick from interstate and when there was an issue because of the changes we had made to the order, they fixed it no charge. Would definitely use them again.

WOW.what great service and knowledge. I rang the store for some advice on the Elfa system for my small pantry cupboard and they were spot on, the person who helped me was extremely helpful and they were delivered in 2 days to regional SA and fitted perfectly.

I visited today, needing some help with ideas for our new cutlery/utensils drawers. Surprisingly, our new kitchen didn't include trays for knives forks etc.

We had sliding drawers put into our kitchen cupboards and pantry. Initially I wasn't sure how much space they would save, but wow! It makes finding and reaching for everything so much easier. We can fit a lot more into each cupboard and in an organised way!
The service from beginning to end was brilliant. The initial consultation shared advice on what would work best for our kitchen and needs and then the installation was very professional, with no need for us to clean-up afterwards. I would highly recommend The Storage Shop to anyone - even if you don't think you need better storage!

Had sliding shelves installed a few years ago by Mukesh and they are fabulous and he is just such a professional, courteous guy who really knows his business. Well fast forward to now and one of the shelves was sliding out on it's own. Mukesh came within 20 minutes of calling and expertly fixed whatever the problem was. I highly recommend Mukesh and the Storage Shop, excellent quality and customer service.

Visited the shop and impressed by the very friendly service, advice and options to understand what was based on what we wanted, not hard selling. I dont remember his name - Vijay? - but he was extremely patient with me. I was still unpacking in my new house and I was tired. I was quite abrupt (not intentional!) and he remained calm and polite the whole time. He also offered suggestions that were very useful - better than what I was initially going to buy. I owe them a huge thumbs up, 10 out of 10 and Vijay I am so sorry if you thought I was being rude. I was tired, but that is no excuse for the way I spoke a few weeks ago. Thanks for all your help.

It has changed a lot since I first shopped there price wise it's not on par with other stores and admittedly they could not help me with any purchases. But it would depend on what you were shopping for it may equal other stores I think it was the first of its type in S A it's now a little dated.

I ordered some door operated bins online and they arrived very quickly and are excellent. I also went into the shop recently and they were very helpful and have a great selection of nifty products. I will definite be shopping here again.
