My Gp Dr Sidhu is thorough and compassionate, I feel cared for and heard. The waiting time for me it's never too long, usually 10-15 min compare to 20-40min in other clinics I've been to.

Few months ago, I underwent a minor surgery at the clinic with Dr El Masri. She was extremely sympathetic to my condition as I had fear of needles and comformted me before, during and after surgery. The wound has healed well following all her advice and I feel great again. I also appreciate the receptionisits who updated me when there were delays because the clinic can get very hectic.

I was treated very bad by a doctor there. I feel very disappointed. I did not deserve it. There are other ways to talk and treat Never again with that doctor or that clinic. No star for that.

I've got a bad experience with this clinic. A week ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Al-Masri, but the reception sent me a message to call them, then I called them and they said, Dr. Al-Masri is sick and you can’t see her. I said no worries when can I see her, so they set me on Tuesday at 1: 10 PM. I came on time and I told them I'm here. Then I waited, so one person entered before me. I have no idea when it was due, but I waited after that, the person came out, and it was assumed that it was my time to see her, but I was surprised that she invited someone else to come in instead of me, and it was about 2 o’clock. I spoke with a girl in reception she said that you are right it is your time but the person who entered now just wants a signature from the Dr. I've told them I don't accept this and you don't respect me just cancel my appointment and I don't want to see Dr. Al-Masri again. They really don't respect appointments.waste of time.

Great staff, exceptional GP clinic with awesome allied health services. Everything you need in one place. Receptionists are fantastic, always willing to help. Very family orientated vibe throughout. Feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the door.

One of my preferred GP clinics, great staff who are always willing to help. Friendly doctors & reception staff makes visiting a pleasure. Their new practice manager is very very helpful if i have issues with my appointment or medicare claims.

Absolutely disgusting service checked to see if Medicare rebate had been refunded which it had not due to ‘A new receptionist’ when I called they did not offer to help rectify I was told there is no way they can do it on their end and I have to lodge the claim myself which I did with the document provided by Southern Clinic which was the wrong document.
I then spent 3-4 separate days on hold calling Medicare to sort this out. I then called Southern clinic and was told they can process it on their end in 48hrs. After this is was then asked to pay $30 to transfer my file to my new doctors.

My wife and I have been patients here for in excess of 50 years, and we have never been placed in a situation where we were unhappy with the services your clinic has provided us. Both Staff and Doctors have kept us and our young families in good health over this period, for which we thank you all

I attended southern clinic for 20 years from a teenager to when i had a child of my own. Excellent doctors, efficient, helpful, sensible advice. Lovely reception staff. Bulk billing. Great service, offer referrals to other medical services, quickly. Thank you for your great service to my family over the years! Much appreciated.

I've had terrible experiences here. Booked an appointment with Dr. Belinda Washbourne at 8: 40, I came in 5 minutes prior the appointment. She entered the clinic at 9: 20 with a take-away coffee in hand. I waited over 40 minutes for what should have been the first appointment of the day. When I discussed my medical problems with her, I felt judged and belittled. Doctors should be there to support and assist.

I saw Dr. Sidhu on a separate occasion with pain in my foot, he administered an injection which was even more painful. The nurse showed concern and said that I was in so much pain. Dr. Sidhu's response was "Oh well, they'll have to deal with it".

I would definitely recommend Southern Clinic! The staff are extremely friendly, professional and attentive. Overall, an excellent medical practice.

If your booking time is 4pm you have to wait at least 15 min to see the doctor! Wasting time.
Appointments should be improved.

Such a lovely clinic. All staff are so friendly and professional. Coming to see a doctor can make you nervous, but from the second you walk in and speak with the wonderful receptionists, til the second you leave, you feel welcome, safe and know you are in the best care.

Nurses are really helpful, Looks through everything in detail and explains all aspects of what's going on.

My wife is pregnant and I want to see the doctor Rubina Munir but they straight refused because you are new patient to southern clinic. And forced me to other doctor but he has nothing speciality in gaeneocology. I also request she has some problem relevant to pregnancy I want to visit the specialist doctor in women health. This is ridiculous approach if you are new you can’t visit any good doctor. Is there any forum to lodge my complaint against this clinic?

Though the rating was bad i booked an apointment assuming that nothing could go wrong for by son's vaccination. I booked on a saturday and spoke to them about my unavailability on weekdays. They are not equiped, knowledgable and no intention to serve us on a saturday and was asked to come another day after prescribing vaccination and billing for the visit.
Please avoid this clinic. Waste of money, time, and effort.

Very bad experience of mine today both receptionist were very rude they not provide us proper information very very disappoint.

I hate to rate a whole clinic based on one staff member performance but I had to do. Avoid Dr. Elmasri.her top priority is her vacations.
