8Good selection of cheese and condiments. Watch out for your bill: all prices are recorded on a paper with no copy given (mental maths) and several times I picked up significant ‚mistakes’, all up priced. Too stressful having to verify prices so now I opt to shop in places with honest registry.
Somehow the bill always seems to total up wrong in their favor. Check the prices and addition carefully if you are shopping here.
First time to Adelaide and came across this wonderful shop. What an absolute surprising experience.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST VISIST WHILE IN ADELAIDE. The team is amazing and their cheese selection is incredible. It has been the highlight of my trip to Adelaide.
There is such an abundance of cheese from all over the world here. They regularly have taste testing so you get to try out different cheeses. I would never have bought the goats cheese with dill had it not been for a tasting.
Its located in the middle of the market so you can't miss it.
The service is always outstanding. This is my go to place when visiting the CBD.
I love the Smelly Cheese Shop - they have everything cheese related that you could want! The staff are lovely and are always happy to give you cheese advice - what to put on a board, a cheese equivalent or if you want to try something completely new! They also run some very cool events.
If you love your cheese from Australia or the world, then come here. They have an amazing range of Australian cheese or from around the world. I highly recommend you check out this place, everything is reasonably priced and you can taste some of the cheese available. Plus you are supporting a local Australian business. They also sell everything else that goes with your antipasto platters like patès, bread, crackers, wines, cold meats and so many other things.
