Great food and always service with a smile. Have recommended to people and will continue to do so.

We had been going here for a few days and were lovely people with a lovely lady serving. We cam e in one afternoon and they took extra money than usual for the same meal, she then gave us no sympathy when she We informed her and she simply said that the other person fu***ed are order using discussing language around our children may not attend the venue again

After living in the area for so long I had never tried the Shack. Tried it last night and it was excellent. Pizzas were great with stacks of topping and the hot chips were brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Foods great but customer service is terrible! Made a phone order to then wait a further 40 minutes outside for food to be ready. I’m a local and go to this restaurant every week supporting them but I’m extremely disappointed!

Fist time visit this cafe. The best pizza I have ever had! Hit and very tasty. Strongly recommend!

Perfect BBQ chicken pizza. For the quality you could definitely sell for a higher price. Great service too.

Everything Ive had here has been yum. Tonight i got a vegan eggplant parmie. With the chips that came with it, it was big enough for 2 people and Im sad I couldnt finish it all. It was really delicious.

Advertised as pizza, I recieved a flatbread, oversalted with 1 piece of tomato and 1 piece of cheese on each cut piece of bread. It's certainly not pizza, not good food at all.

I'm giving this place a generous two stars based on the following: - as seen in the photo, the 'Bruschetta" came at as more a less a dry pizza base with tomato and basil on top. My partner had literally the two pieces you see in the picture and then we threw it away.
I had the Italiano large pizza, the base was rubbery as if the bases were prepared a couple of days ago as opposed to being made fresh on the day. The flavours were mediocre at best.
As a pizza fiend, I'm big on giving correct ratings for restaurants and cafes. And unfortunately this place needs some work, perhaps some new cooks/chefs.

Family favourite, always good food, pizzas more expensive than chains but always goober value and fresh.

Customer service was excellent and the pizza was a good size totally loaded and absolutely delicious. Just like the gif ok days. Definitely be returning

Ordered the salt and pepper calamari and chips like wow so delicious! A top 10/10 food is amazing! Friendly customer service as well thank you!

Loved the warm welcome the staff gave us when we got there, plus the food is awesome with pleasant cowboy decorations and it.

World class Pizzas We ordered a mix of family, large and gluten free options.

I had fish. I had to ask for the tartar sauce, which was basically mayonnaise. There was no cutlery provided. Am I supposed to eat fish and chips with my hands?

Had a chicken parmy from here. It was absolutely delicious, and a great size too - not too big and not too small. I was very satisfied. The thing that really shined for me though was the service and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond for the customers.
