The Seller Door reviews
49Super busy when we got there. Staff are still smiling and handling things well. I loved my Halloumi Taco and coffee! Highly recommended
Nice music. Lots of veg options, that's why I stopped here for my wife. Had eggs Benedict, bread was terrible, average everything else. She had haloumi which was burned. Maybe spoiled by Melbourne standards but very average feed for such a nice spot and highish prices.
Went back to TSD as an alternative to the other Brighton eateries for breakfast with my folks. Last time I was here, it was a good experience. However this time was average to say the least. $18 for avocado smeared on toast with a few cherry tomato halves on top was underwhelming. Our coffees came out lukewarm and after an ordering issue and seeing how busy the counter was, I could not be bothered waiting further to get a hot one. Staff appeared overwhelmed, so felt sorry for them. Won’t be back after this experience.
Pretty average cafe. Bacon and eggs not on the menu. Coffee is about average. Service is OK
3 of us boring diners had eggs Benny 2 with ham 1 with salmon. A meal fresh as a festival on the taste buds. YUMMO.
Nice cafe located in a busy part of jetty road. Plenty of seating outside but you will need to be quick if you want a table on a good day. We ordered a couple of coffees, poached eggs and halloumi tacos. All super fresh and delicious. Coffee and meals did take a while to come out but was a busy morning so understandable. Happy to head back for breakfast again!
Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and coffee. The cranberry fruit toast is ridiculously delicious. Coffee is consistently rich, strong and smooth.
Lunch was simply fantastic. I had the vegan pumpkin spicy burger with beetroot salad, avo and hummus - sorry for the photo; I was too hungry and busy enjoying it to remember to take a before photo! And cold pressed juice on tap. All delicious. Coffee (with Bonsoy) afterwards was superb and service very friendly and fast. Highly recommend.
Hey
The egg inside the bacon egg roll is real egg or plastic stuff?
Are you guys allowed to do this with costumer?
Our favourite cafe in Adelaide, well worth a visit. Friendly staff and great menu a stone’s throw from the Jetty.
Delicious food, great coffee, friendly staff and lots of seating. The food comes quickly, especially compared to other Jetty Rd cafes I have frequently visited, but now avoid due to long, long wait times and rude staff. Highly recommend this cafe, best one on the street.
We were at the Seller Door today, Australia Day. As in another review from a while back the service is so slow as to be laughable. We waited at least ten minutes for a coffee and a hot chocolate. A couple that ordered AFTER us got their's before us. To be told by the management to please leave because of THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE was beyond a joke. At least they refunded my money to get me out of the shop. Amatuerish business. Other cafe's were full not the SELER DOOR. 0 stars.
Great stop for brunch with lots of delicious healthy options (shame they were out of my favourite juice). Always my first choice when I'm in Jetty Road. Have just discovered Acai bowls too. Coffee's pretty good too.
Amazing food. Friendly staff. Nice and cool inside to escape from the heat. One of the best cold pressed juices I've had. 10/10.
The food here is good. Not great, but perfectly acceptable for this type of venue. What lets The Seller Door down is service. The time between placing your order and receiving your order is too long. We waited nearly 30 minutes the other day (on a bad weather day so the cafe was not that busy) for a takeaway smoothie and dine in coffees can take 20 minutes. It's happened a couple of time now so we may give the cafe another chance although there are other choices in Brighton.
Had really good coffee here this morning, and a nice hot tea. Very busy on Saturday morning, so I guess that indicates something. Keep up the good work
In the words of Tina Turner - Simply the best! You might be walking down Brighton Jetty Road in search of a brunch or coffee, you pass by and think “looks full let’s keep walking”. But did you know there is a full court yard out the back? ! I know right! They have catered for a crowd and either Winter or Summer in Adelaide Seller door has got you covered.
Please go try for yourself! Ps: the smashed avo is always a staple and 11/10.
Just stopped by for a coffee - we are, being honest a bit fussy about coffee - this was delicious! Great friendly service too, we will be back.
Got brekky and coffee here and both were delicious! Super generous and delicious food for the price point. Highly recommend!
Great vibes!coffee is nice and the food tastes good. Will definitely be back trying more dishes. The food portion is a bit small though.
