The scissors barbershop

I went there for the first time today with a child who was in residential care i.e he had anxiety on waiting. I asked a lady who appeared to be the boss of shop, “how long should we wait? The lady without patience said, ”If you can’t wait, you can…. ” She means if we can’t wait we may leave the place. OMG how on earth can you answer this when we are just asking for how long we need to wait so that we can communicate to the child transparently and plan how to engage with him. To me, this is very rude and very unprofessional and a lack of decent interpersonal skills of communication.

My rating is only based on communication part, rest of things are okay compared to the price we pay.

Says on their website open til 7pm, got there before 6pm and there were no other customer waiting. Said we gotta go can’t do it, very disrespectful stuff.

I been there few times as its the closet and have to tell its disappointing everytime. I tried couple of different staff hoping someone would get it right.but they just dont know how to get the hair cut right. They know only one way i suppose. The hair cut was uneven and odd making it look worse than before everytime.even after showing how i would prefer they just get it horribly wrong. If you dont care about a good hair cut and up a for a nice chat.sure the place to be.
