Nice and friendly staff. Just never order online again. They didn't even get the notification. So I was trying to save time ended up the opposite way. So disappointed

Great tasting and high quality food.
It definitely worth the money and you get more food than expected for what you pay.

Came in there and ordered the chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich. Both were premade in the window. After trying the turkey sandwich, I realized the spring lettuce on the sandwich was bad, It had a horrible odor and was mushy. I returned the sandwich and the woman told me that the lettuce was just soggy from being put on the toaster, that is wasn’t bad. No. There’s a huge difference between soggy lettuce from a toaster and rotten lettuce, it shouldn’t smell bad. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and has made thousands of poboy sandwiches in New Orleans, I know the difference. I don’t appreciate the fact that the woman was literally arguing with me because she didn’t want to admit that her product was rotten. Don’t eat here.

I ordered a coffee today and whilst carrying it to a table opposite the counter, I slipped and fell fully on the floor on a piece of beetroot that was obviously from the same shop.
I hadn't even taken a sip yet before I threw the coffee everywhere and landed on my knee. The security men were called to see if i was ok. No one else offered help, the shop manager quickly disappeared when I approached the counter, she witnessed it too there was no question are you ok? IT would have been nice for her to offer me another coffee or just ask if I was alright considering that the first one was all over the floor. The 2 girls serving need to be taught how to count money.
Whats wrong with people Im actually discusted

I normally get a pork & gravy roll at least every so weeks, however it tasted cold and disgusting. They have no idea how to make a roll as the pork was chunk meat and not sliced.

The new young staff there are hopeless.

Went here for lunch with a colleague yesterday. We ordered our food and coffee, however due to two different staff sharing the making of our food and coffee and different staff dealing with our payments there was much confusion over our orders. We finally received our food and coffee and sat down to eat. A worker pointed to me and motioned for me to go back. She asked me for payment and I said I had already paid. She said no and I said yes I have definitely paid and so had my colleague. I sat back down but looked up to see staff staring in a negative way. I checked that my payment had gone through and it did (and I had paid more than she had asked for when I went back). To top this off my coffee was not what I had ordered. Definitely will NOT go there again due to the terrible and rude service.

Went to The Sandwich Hut to try out their roast dinner menu. Hits the spot! Quick and friendly service. Ordered a medium combination roast of the lamb + pork along with their soft and delicious vegetables, covered generously in warm and thick gravy. Very filling, and happy to come again for a quick lunch.

I ate at “the sandwich hut” in Westfield, Modbury.
They advertise a “VEGAN BURGER” which is not a burger AT ALL. If you’d tell me it’s a roasted veggies sandwich then I shouldn’t have any space for complaining but this is not what I paid for.
On top of that, the veggies in the sandwich are fridge cold and the sun dried tomate is chewy and excessive. Very disappointed.

Located in the food court - Myer centre Ingredients always look fresh so if you’re after a sandwich or salad, it’ll taste great! The roasts meats and vegetables are melt in your mouth kind! They also have crispy skin chips ready to go in a paper cup.
The service staff are quick and it’s not a long wait if you’re limited in time for a quick lunch.
However servings are quite skimpy for the price though.

Absolutely loved my turkey wrap and coffee. The shop was so clean and the ingredients on the wrap were so fresh. There was fast friendly service and the food was a Reasonable priced.

Excellent sandwiches! I recommend the chicken and avocado roll! Great service with a smile, even during peak lunch hours! I always enjoy my food and come here every time in the city

The short women with the blonde hair was extremly rude! The roast was cold and dry. Definitly do NOT recommend this place.

Lovely staff and food was delicious We were outside the peak period lunch break but staff took time and smiled the whole way thru explaining to my son which ingredients were on what roll.he asked about almost every roll! (We were in the Myer Centre)

Dunno about the sandwiches but the meat & veggie plate here is a lot of bang for the buck. Friendly service to boot.

Service was very friendly, I found it very easy to eat because they cut the sandwich in half, curried egg was perfect, great job guys ️

Bought 3 sandwiches, food was OK and lady making sandwiches was very polite however I was not asked whether I wanted it cut in half. Unwrapped the tip half of the sandwich and it fell out on to the floor. When I walked up to the counter and showed and told the other lady what happened, she just responded "oh", and then just went about serving next customer.very dissatisfied with response. Should have offered me an option. Poor customer service.

I bought a chicken wrap from here and the lady packed on all the the fillings. Good value for money and friendly service! Thanks

Very stinge on the meat with the roast. I bought a large and got 2 thin slices of meat. Unhappy with amount.

Probably the best service I have had in a very long time, the food is amazing, always fresh, and a great value for money! I will definitely be back!
