7Why is so hard to get assistance with food? There is only one central number to call? You have to ring 9am then wait 20mins for someone to answer, and when they do, oh sorry there isn't enough funding they say. Where does all the money go from the salvos stores op shops? Need to change
Been trying to call the salvos food line ph: 8130 6188 after being told it was a different number to call numerous times
Been trying to call since 9am I get that you are busy but I’ve also been waiting for a call back all day and you guys shut at 3pm and now I have to wait till Sunday for food I thought all day would be enough to get a hold of someone but I guess not

Such a lovely place, the staff are amazing and they have so many support options available whether social, financial, or housing etc. Apparently they have playgroups too

Such a respectful place that it's my second home. I feel comfortable with the staff and Louie financial officer. I have never been looked down upon by these selfless compassionate humans. Please treat these angels with no anger they are going to do the best they can
