First time at clinic.warm welcome front staff was lovely. I felt most comfortable with knowing the care & understanding I was given by the doctor I saw that my health & me are important. I'm very thankful for being recommended to the clinic.

Finally a Doctor who is punctual - I barely sit down before I had to go in right on time. Staff very efficient & friendly. Glad to have made the change from my old practice where waiting 30-45 min was common.

I have been suffering from a medical condition, at first I had a fantastic GP, but then she retired. For a good 5 years after I could not find a GP that really understood my condition or even made the effort to study it. After another attempt to find a really good GP, I met Dr Gordon Campbell. I cannot express how grateful I am for finding him. I finally found someone that actually listened, researched and continued to make sure that I receive the best Medical care to help improve my health. I honestly don't know what life for me would be like if I hadn't found him. He's been a God Send.

Moving to a new state with an elderly mother can be daunting especially when it comes to finding a new doctor. Dr Meagan Deakin was simply fantastic, laying out everything we needed to know, suggesting real solutions to persistent issues and generally going above and beyond. Thank you.

If you need bloods done, this is the place! I'm a stress head with severe anxiety and Kayla was sooo lovely. She should be teaching others!
Give this girl a trip to the Bahamas, she deserves it!
I'll never go anywhere else now.

The Drs here are excellent.
That’s probably why they charge a bit more.
Maybe the practice manager contributed to the stress of one of the principal Drs.
Hopefully they find a position for her somewhere else, so that everyone can enjoy getting on with work.

Can’t fault the individual doctors, but the clinic itself is run very poorly. Can’t get into see anybody for weeks, must see a doctor to get a life Long prescription filled. And it’s the most expensive GP around. Will not be going back.

This practice used to be amazing but has become so bad since covid. Very rude receptionists, on the phone and in person and the waiting time is ridiculously long. The doctors have always been good to us, but everything around it has become awfully bad.

Extremely rude receptionist and a "practice manager" who seriously needs to practice not sounding like an angry teenager, Your job is to hear a polite complaint from the patient not cut them off obnoxiously and say "I already heard" confirming you treat your job like an utter joke and have 0 professionalism. It's disturbing this person with the emotional stability of a teenager has access to medical records. They don't even have a currently registered business name. When you can't remember to competently operate your business how do you secure patient medical details or hire a competent practice manager! (hint, you don't)

I am a new patient to this clinic, here is the incompetence that I had experienced, while waiting for the results of scans for a suspected Distal Bicep Tendon Rupture.

21/09/22 – 1130am attend Dr Jones and Partners for an Ultrasound and plain x-ray. They offered to send the results of both scans to my treating doctor within one hour. This they did, the scans were received by Rowley Road clinic at 1221pm this date.
21/09/22 – 1310hrs I attend Rowley Road clinic and spoke to a receptionist there. The only identification I could make of this person was that she had dark hair and her arms were tattooed. I asked this person if the scans had been received, she responded that they hadn’t. The receptionist told me that due to the next day being the National Day of Mourning and they were closed, I should ring them later on Friday 23/09/22. I told this person that my injury was time sensitive due to potential scarring. This person looked like she would rather be anywhere else and couldn’t have cared less.
23/09/22 – am. I rang Rowley Road clinic and spoke to ‘Mel’. She told that the scans had not been received, I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I explained to her that my injury is time sensitive and may require surgical intervention. Care factor absolute zero.
23/09/22 – am. I rang Dr Jones and Partners and was told that the scans had been electronically sent to Rowley Road clinic at 1221pm on 21/09/22.23/09/22 – am. I rang Rowley Road clinic again and spoke to another receptionist who told me that the scans had been received, but the doctor hadn’t looked at them. I advised the receptionist that this was a matter of some urgency as I have a tendon injury and it was over a week old. The best this receptionist offered me was an appointment with Dr Campbell, who is booked nearly two weeks in advance. This would have been far too late as scar tissue maybe forming on my tendon. Out of frustration I just hung up.
23/09/22 – I contacted Sportsmed clinic in Adelaide, they have their own GP’s and they made an appointment for me in 3 days time.
Never will I go back to this dog's breakfast of a clinic. I would rather travel an hour into Adelaide than go through this level of poor customer service and apathy.

The front Counter Staff are very helpful and very accommodating and friendly. We have been going to this Practice since Dr. Kevin Owens opened it. All the Drs. Are very caring helpful and they spend time listening to you a very wonderful caring Practice. They have the Physio, Clinpath, Podiatrist, in the same Centre. Very convenient practice with wonderful Drs and Staff. Would recommend this surgery.

Great clinic! Very pleased with the services here, all staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses couldn't be more professional and caring. Receptionist go above and beyond my expectations.

Though I've been refused to sit in the waiting room for 2 years, and none of the receptionists wear masks or wear them properly - including the practice manager, who is the worst. I agreed to pay their ridiculously high price increase for pensioners who used to be bulk billed. I saw my doctor who said "see you in two weeks to discuss a new diagnosis I think you have) and was called into the practice managers office, and before I could sit down (or my NDIS support worker) she banned me from ever entering or seeing a doctor or clinpath again. Refused to give me my files unless I paid her. If I could give minus I would. Some of the doctors are good, but shame on them for not sticking up for their patients, they know pensioners can't get in anywhere else. Especially CDM patients like me, I've tried as far away as Victor. But they've just Abandoned me.

After banning me for no reason (they couldn't even be bothered lying - they were so sure they'd get away with it), and deleted their website to remove all the evidence of their misdoings (like that's going to get rid of it) and refusing to hand over my files, or my clinpath results. I'm now seek legal advice on patient abandonment and breaking 90% of the Duty of Care rules that a doctor (owner and clinic) OWES a patient. - 10 I wouldn't recommend them to clean up the zoo.

All of the staff at this clinic are lovely and want the best for their patients. The doctors and nurses are the best and the receptionists and practice manager are very helpful and caring. Very pleased with the services here!

It is very difficult to get an appointment under 3 weeks. What good is that if you are really sick or have something, ie bladder infection, that can't wait. Saw a doctor called Meagan and she gave me a flu shot. This was not recorded and now I have no proof of vaccination. The reception person, Sam, was quite abrupt on the phone, I felt she was inferring that I had made this up. I have also found, in the past, customer contact on the phone to be less than friendly. Will be looking elsewhere for future service. Very disappointed.

I must give doctor Kevin owens 5 stars he is an excellent caring doctor.but unfortunately he was unavailable and saw another her doctor teagan I think her name was. I went there with a sore throat and cough. She said my tonsils weren't inflames but my throat was red. I told her I had no tonsils and she said keep doing what I was already doing which was nothing and it was clearing up. A week later I am worse. She also said my gout didn't look bad. I said well it feels bloody bad and did nothing to help.me.here would give a 0star review as she is bad look for such a good clinic. Sack her!

The Doctor care is excellent - period.
Reception struggles with Customer Service - closing their phone lines at 8.05 until 8.20 after opening at 8 am. This Leaves an inability to talk to anyone about appointments for that period.
In 40 years I have never known any practice close its phone lines to calls in this way.
Better allocation of resources, time and responsibilites would negate this business consideration shortfall.
