2 I have used polygon for a few years now, starting with guitars, then these last 3 years or so using them for camera equipment. They have been nothing but great when it comes to service. Sometimes yes, emails can take awhile, but people need to understand the world doesn't revolve around them, it's a business, ran by HUMANS and they're providing an extra service you don't NEED, but can enjoy. They do eventually get back and that's all that matters. Yes you can want your new gear asap haha, who doesnt? But then go buy it outright if you cant wait.if you can't and want to rent, let them do their thing, they're busy, and run a massive job. Anyway, I can only share they've been great for me personally, but I also understand compassion and human error occurs, so I never really get angry at business or fast food etc. Only when it's really unjustified.
Keep it up polygon crew!
Really happy with the offering, spoke to Thomas who was really helpful in finalising my contract, would use again and recommend.
