I love every session with Katerina and her lovely instructors. Every week the classes are different and Katerina knows how to get the most from you. She caters for every level of experience and gets to know everyone that walks through the door.
She has helped me through various niggles during 1: 1's and general aches during group sessions. Groups are always kept small so she can make sure you are moving correctly and 1: 1's are great for reformer work.

Hands down the best thing I’ve ever done for my health! Pilates has been an incredible support through a back injury, two pregnancies and my postpartum journeys. I had tried other pilates studios but from the moment I stepped through the doors at The Pilates Room Adelaide I knew I had finally found the right place. The staff are highly skilled, warm and welcoming! I can’t wait for my 1: 1 session every week.
I’m 66 and have been attending the Pilates Studio for 8 years. The teachers are sensitive to my aches and pains. I am now far more flexible and my core is very strong. The other participants are supportive and a lot of fun. I plan to go for another 8 years
