While Matt was very friendly and professional and the final product was good and installed timely, the installers were average, with little eye for detail. Their safety performance during the install was way below standard. The cost of the project was acceptable. We also wanted a deck installed but it was not possible to get a quote after weeks of repeated asking. Thanks Matt for the overall effort.

Do I have to even do 1 star I emailed for a quote and then followed up with a call. This was November 2021 obviously a very busy time. You came for a quote and when I followed enquiring about quote several weeks later, the reply was, are you sure it was me I don’t remember you. Seriously how unprofessional is that. I had your business card, so yes it was you. I text and advised the date that you came. Yes was the response, I’ll send you a quote - nothing. My $30k pergola went to some else who deserved 5 stars. Maybe you should not bother coming out to homes if you are way too busy to quote.

The job was: cover our entire driveway ie 100 msq of a non-trivial shaped carport. We got these guys to redo the quote from another company that gave us a few red flags. Matt came to the party on several things including price. They came in and completed the job in a timely way without any major issues and the final product is beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend them and the tradies he used any day of the week. Matt is a really accommodating guy and it certainly felt like you were dealing with a friend. Thank you!

Matt came out for a measure and quote in December 2021. I have not heard a peep out of them since. I rang Matt who assured me I'd get the quote later that day, this was around mid December. Since then I've sent numerous messages to Matt with no reply. I'm quoting for a large job which I expect to be at least $20k and no reply. Why would you bother, they clearly don't.
