Just went to put down shopping bag on table outside to readjust some items and was rudely shooed away - all other tables outside were empty!

Lovely coffee shop, as I had iced almond latte and oh boy I really love it, as it was so delicious and the coffee taste like it had a hint of vanilla

Lovely stuff here as I never had any issues at all

Raced down here as they are the latest closing coffee bean shop in Adelaide to grab a small bag of beans, arriving prior to closing to find they had already closed the store at least 5 minutes early.

A huge selection of light, medium or dark roasted quality coffee beans. My current favourites are the Peru Feminino medium roast and the Deutschland blend. This place is superior to most other roasters in Adelaide, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too.

Update: The new location inside the central market is cosier but got a bit hot inside the shop during the warmer days for my liking. Still a great place to buy a huge variety of top quality coffee beans for good value. Big range of single origin and some interesting blends. The staff are great and passionate. Today I got the Tuscan House blend because I liked the sound of it. Tuscan is made up of I believe five individual beans resulting in a sweet, medium to strong blend that would be great for a range of preparation methods. I used an espresso machine and had some milk with it. Very nice indeed. This blend would be a good crowd-pleaser if you have a variety of folk to cater for.

Nice little cafe that seems to be a catch up point for many to have morning tea. They also have great coffee!

Staff had no experience in coffee. They still use an old grinder with to much retention (at the price you sell coffee you can have access to a proper grinder)
I ordered a flat white and was really weak. And Paul’s milk? Seriously?

Dropped in for a cuppa this morning and the staff forgot to make our coffees and we were the only customers for a good 10 minutes. Hot chocolate tastes more like warm water with marshmallows. The coffee 3 out of 5.

The Perfect Cup is committed with coffee. Any spot you look at, it’s coffee-wise decorated. You can find a wide variety of coffee grounds and tea blandes that you can take away to enjoy high quality at home. Lots of merchandise and items coffee related. The shop is at one of the central market entrances, so you can enjoy a coffee even if it’s not a market opening day. Find some cookies and quite healthy options to accompany a good coffee. The lady attending the shop is friendly and welcoming. I had a flat white on soy milk and a ham, cheese and salad sandwich. I paid $11 for that. I think the balance between price and quality is correct.

This venue is not the same as where it was originally.
The and service is still great but the other place was my favourite.

I had the flourless almond, orange & poppyseed friand & a cappuccino. The friand was really nice as was the cappucino. The staff were courteous & professional.

I loved this place the moment I entered it.
This place has got everything that you can think is related to coffee.
The ladies at the counter, barista and behind at the kitchen are just amazing. They take full pride in what they are serving. They have got a huge range of Coffee Beans, ask them about it and they will help you to find the best taste for yourself.
They have got a seating arrangement inside and outside and I have seen people getting their pets and standing outside.
Well got my taste here and I choose to opt Colombinan blend, its strong and has a furm taste but not a bitter after taste.
They have white chocolate mocha too which is rare to get.
Love this place.

I love a good diverse tea menu and after Covid struck in 2020, my favourite café closed down. Since then, I'd been in search of a decent teahouse with a wide selection of tea. The Perfect Cup aims to do just that with a selection of over 100 tea blends.
Overall, I think Perfect Cup does a decent job. It's located at the heart of the Central Markets with plenty of free parking, the staff are friendly and they even have free Wifi. They truly shine in being as accessible as it gets.

The only thing that's really missing is presentation. The shop looks relatively old and plain, akin to an old bazaar which some people might be into. Customers are mostly elderly and it left me, a guy in his 20s, feeling out of place. Furthermore, only a handful of teas are on display and there's no menu to guide the customer or show them the selection of tea blends. The staff also don't seem to know too much about the tea blends and I really just ended up blindly choosing based on names of the blends on display.

Get an interior designer to give this place a makeover, have your tea blends nicely displayed with a menu to guide us through them and it would certainly become my new hotspot for drinking tea and doing my work.

Service was good. Served in takeaway and no option for mugs. Coffee was still pretty good. Not perfect, like the name suggests, but still good:)
