I have ordered balloons a couple of times from Party Super Store and have received great service and a good quality product

I would thoroughly recommend The Party store for any of your balloon requirements! We have used them many times and each time they were extremely helpful and good with their recommendations. On the weekend i put in a request for helium balloons for two different gatherings, it was v late notice but nothing was a problem and my order was ready in time! I also had a few changes to my order and they even even gave me two complimentary helium balloons! I’d thoroughly recommend this company

The Party Superstore decorated with balloons, serviettes and scatters for our recent party. They did a fantastic job, did everything just as we wanted, delivered in plenty of time for our 21st party. We highly recommend them to you for your party decorations! They were happy to spend time to make it perfect. All admired the finished result! Only one person serving on a Sunday. Had to wait at least 30 mintues in a queue with 8 people. But the worst part was the cost; it was very expensive!

Very happy with the service.balloons were ready on time and packaged nicely to transport. Outstanding quality and presentation and still going syrong after 1 week. Any unwanted items bought were able to be returned without hassle.they are very accommodating and go above and beyond for their customers. Very poor experience! I had called The Party shop today to enquire about balloons. Very rude in behaviour. He was shouting and when I requested him to be gentle he shouted more. Disgusting customer service I don’t feel like going to this shop and buying stuff for my party

The service i received from Vishal at the Party Superstore in Prospect was impeccable! He was so helpful, he helped select the best balloon arrangements needed for my event at the most cost effective price. They also offer delivery, which was a huge stress relief. Plus they delivered the balloons on time and made sure the ribbons were untangled. I can't recommend The Party Superstore enough! Thank you!

One of the besr place to order all the party accessories especially for a theme party. We celebrated my daughter's 1st and we are happy that The Party Super Store organised for us all the unicorn theme staff we needed. A big thank you to them for such a lovely service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience using The Party Store, particularly Vishal - he was an absolute legend! His customer service was 10/10. I had to arrange a surprise delivery from overseas and Vishal replied to me no matter the time zone differences. He delivered exactly as promised and went above and beyond for me as I was so far away to make sure that it all went to plan. He sent photos and email updates about the delivery and answered every question that I had about the options available. I was also enquiring from two other well-known party stores in Adelaide, and both of them failed in comparison!

Not Happy with the quality bought heart shapped helium balloons picked up at 2: 30pm for Valentine's day for my resturant by 5: 30pm - 6pm they started falling down.it spoiled the theme and the day very disappointed.

Ramesh and his team were amazing. They did a very large setup for our dinner and were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped to make a very successful evening. Very easy to work with and extremely efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic customer service! Ramesh went out of his way to help us get some balloons printed with the logo at the very last minute.
