A very high standard of accommodation for the cost.
Staff friendly and accommodating.
I've tried far more expensive 4 star hotels. This hits all the areas you would expect.
Will definitely come again.

I cannot recommend the Osmond Motel & Apartments highly enough! Pet friendly accommodation making my last-minute stay so much more enjoyable & manageable. The friendly staff were most accommodating during my stay. The room (Block D) was easily accessible, well equipped with clean modern appliances including fridge, cook top, oven, washer & dryer, microwave etc. The apartment itself was modern, well sized, comfortable (especially the bed!) with reverse cycle air conditioning, & ceiling fan in the bedroom. Quiet location with pleasant garden. The bathroom was clean and modern with step in shower. All round 5 stars! Don't miss this place conveniently located a stone throw's away to the world's best supermarket at Frewville!

Highly recommend. The apartment was scrupulously clean, and was new and fresh. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent and staff are really helpful.

We have stayed at the Osmond apartments in Fullarton several times now. They are always clean and accommodating for our needs. They always have rooms available at fantastic prices and have occasionally received an upgrade which has been nice. My family and I will always stay at the Osmond apartments from now on whenever we are in Adelaide and will recommend them 100% to anyone who needs accommodation.

Fantastic customer service, very accommodating with clear communication. Good, clean, warm facilities. Could maybe do with some more cooking utensils (eg mixing bowl, colander) but otherwise well stocked. Local grocery centre and other restaurants within an easy walk. We stayed as part of a large group. Would be hapy to stay here again.

Lovely clean motel with pretty garden and off street parking in a very convenient location. Great that it is dog friendly.

Very noisy late last night with lots of yelling going on. This morning at 7am loud playing from a room near by. A new facility but I won't be going there again.

Stayed 2 nights in a double room, very comfortable and conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in/out process. Has a lift to upper floors which is a plus! Look forward to staying again in the future.

Noisy when staying in the rooms at the front the road traffic is bad, the windows aren’t soundproof. There was no blind in one of the windows just frosted glass and therefore if you’re sensitive to light you’ll be awake pretty early. There were a few other teething issues with the beds and cleaning that were past on It’s a new complex so hopefully they’ll take the feedback given onboard and do something

Staff are lovely, bathroom is modern. Everything was lovely until I got into bed. We had a room with a "king" bed.turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together. Would of been fine if it didn't have a sink hole in the middle, even if you slept on the edge there was still a slope into the middle. Will not be sleeping here again.

Happy here. Well located. Friendly welcome and the team met our additional needs which was wonderful. Clean and comfortable apartment. Just could do with a few more items in the kitchen. Overall though we have enjoyed this place.

Lots of traffic noise, you need earplugs, if you have those it is ok; always astounded why in such places there are no towel rails, and in this digital age 2 power points on the chairless "desk" set-up, not much if phone, laptop, kettle etc. If you want fresh air the door ajar is only option but air con is very good, able to park easily, I would have triple glazed this design. Clean, tidy, new. Met my needs. No microwave. Has a bar fridge.

Really lovely appointed rooms. Brand new reno and the bed was really comfy. Pet friendly (and they genuinely were!) Parking on site or in street behind. You will need a car here to get to things like the beach. Burnside Village just 5 mins away

A beautiful place to stay with lovely staff who are so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place 100 times over
