Jo, Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful wellness hub! It has been years since I have both, enjoyed and looked forward to going to exercise classes, leaving me feeling very unfulfilled emotionally and physically. I can’t thank you enough for helping me get my happy back and finding my confidence again. My anxiety was high walking into class for the first time but I soon felt reassured and comfortable with the amazing instructor Tarsh. I have now attended multiple classes with multiple instructors and they are all so friendly and welcoming. Congratulations on a fantastic space with an epic team! ️ Toni
