8 Was seeking an automotive apprenticeship but got turned down without thought.only reason was due to me just turning 23.
This place only wants people under 21 so they can pay them $13 n hr and call it an award rate. This place is run by people who have never worked on cars!

I hear and see reports of severe dysfunction at management level, mistreatment of employees and a highly toxic culture.
This has the potential to transcend and affect students ability to learn and succeed. Drastic change is needed.
Take a look at staff turnover rate. It starts at the top. The board should be ashamed.
3 more days of tradeschool theory today some theory tomorrow then practical to follow hopefully be good

The apprentice mechanics that come from this place are on another planet, don’t want to work and have an attitude that is worst than any millennial you’d meet. I don’t know what they train them but they should start with getting them to remember to tighten bolts!

Well done, great facilities training materials highly researched and presented safely and effectively at a professional level. Highly recommend MTA to anyone in the automotive industry.
Patient and considerate teachers, professionals in their trade. However, the drink vending machines DO NOT serve Farmers Union.only that watered down milk drink Barista Brothers.
