The Mill Apartments Clare Valley

Had the absolute pleasure of staying in these immaculate apartments. Great service, super clean modern rooms, incredible bacon and egg breakfast all ready to go in the fridge. Very comfortable beds, bath, tv's in all rooms and not to mention two beautiful Jim Barry Wines. Perfect location, a definite destination if you are looking to stay in Clare, highly recommend.

Roomy modern renovated apartments with kitchen facilities. Breakfast goodies and all the bits you need for the occasional cook. The complimentary Jim Barry wine was put to good use as we arrived after the wineries had closed. Very close to everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast consists of bacon and eggs for you, bread, cereals a coffee machine and a bottle of Red and White wine on arrival. Comfy bed, nice, clean bathroom. Great location at the end of Clare main St.

We have just completed a 2 day stay at Mill Apartments and could not be happier. The hosts have tried to think of everything you could possibly need and we cannot fault a thing. The apartments are comfortable, well located and stocked full of breakfast provisions and cheese and wine. Very generous and well worth the money. You will not be disappointed

Location is spot on, apartment is spacious and the little add-ons for brekke etc. Were the perfectly welcoming touch! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
My only feedback would be regarding the sheets, sooo scratchy! Maybe some fabric softener would help? Bed and pillows were super comfy though.

I stayed with my hubby and loved it. It’s in prime location of the town and beautiful inside. The lady Vilki in reception was so lovely. I highly recommend staying here.

My mum and I stayed at The Mill Apartments for two nights during our visit to the beautiful Clare Valley. All I can say is wow! Look no further! The Mill Apartments are luxurious and have all you could possibly need during your stay. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfortable with good quality linen, the bathroom was spacious with a wonderful rain shower and gorgeous, deep bath tub that we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use. There were generous breakfast provisions (continental + eggs and bacon), tea, coffee, 2 x complimentary bottles of wine, cheese, crackers and more! We loved how quiet the room was - there was no road noise or noise from other guests which was a huge plus! A huge Thank you to the staff who were really responsive and accommodating leading up to our stay and answered all my questions to ensure my Mum had a memorable birthday weekend! We will certainly be back.

Luxurious getaway.

In my case it was a family holiday. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Breakfast supplied every day and the hosts were flexible with any dietary requirements.

Apartment was serviced daily by friendly and helpful staff. Offered great suggestions for places to visit in the Clare region.

Well appointed bedrooms with King size beds and TV.

Our apartment had a small outdoor balcony, where you can sit and take in the view and nature's music from the Hutt River that runs behind the apartments.

Pluses: Great central location in Clare's main street. Plenty of breakfast supplied daily with coffee pods. Complementary wine provided upon arrival. Apartment serviced daily. Small outdoor balcony, suitable for 2 persons.

Minuses: Main living area combines table and chairs and couches for 4 persons in one room is too small. On the other hand I felt the bathroom was unnecessarily too large, where much of the space could have been allocated to the living area. Be also aware the apartments are located upstairs, which makes carrying any heavy luggage a challenge and unsuitable for disability access.

Overall, we had a great stay and the staff were super helpful and would highly recommend it. Definitely would come back.

Lovely accomodation and conveniently located in the heart of Clare. It has all the amenities you will require. A bottle each of Jim Barry’s Lodge Hill Riesling and Shiraz was a personal welcome touch. It’s the best choice of accomodation when visiting the beautiful Clare Valley!

It seems the owners go the extra mile: the complimentary provisions were superb and the wines were a generous touch. The apartment is lovely and situated in a great spot.

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was spot on. Close to restaurants and shops. Local produce in the fridge to try. Everything was awesome.
