Did feel alot better at the start once I started but never got any of the results that was promised or that that I wanted
super over priced medicines that never fixed majority of my issues and they say now that they can't do anything else cause they tried everything so after spending all that money they can't do anything
also found out they gave me things with out knowing what they do and now they have created other issues for me

I made an appointment for a free introductory consult. The phone call was five minutes late, which is already disrespectful. There was a male on the phone who did not properly introduce himself other than name (did not give qualifications), and none of the practitioners listed on your website are male, so I expected an appointmentwith a female practitioner. He asked if I was happy to have the call recorded for training purposes. It is very intrusive to have a call about my health recorded in such a way - this may be fine when speaking with an insurance company, certainly not for a telehealth appointment!

Poor communication. Felt judged and pressured over the phone also. Not happy with this service at all.

All about the money and upselling expensive dietary supplements on different 'plans'. I spent thousands in the hope of expert advice and had to just stop because nothing changed. Still not sure if it's bad service pushing medical advice into a high-earning business model or a scam. Either way, I wouldn't recommend it.

Over-promise, under-deliver! Avoid this place if you think you're going to get real help with hypothyroidism and its symptoms. Plenty of up-selling of highly over-priced supplements. No clarity on what to expect, what each supplement was for, or any REAL knowledge about how to treat Hashimotos Disease or autoimmune diseases. They are not medically trained, and whilst I have respect for naturopathy, I don't believe LR are up to date with current knowledge about thyroid diseases. More is available generally online, if you know how to research CLINICAL TRIALS on symptoms, medications and who is saying it, why they're saying it, their qualifications and experience, or proof regarding claims about efficacy of treatment. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here, before I got wise. On one "follow up" consult (via phone), the purpose of which was ostensibly to review my progress, I was asked if I'd "like a repeat" of the supplements. I need advice on what I'm taking, how I'm progressing and if I NEED further medication/supplements, not my own opinion on whether I think I'd "like" it! Seriously, save your money, do your research and find someone who really understands the condition, can advise correctly on diet, and knows how to do more than prescribe thyroxine or herbal supplements.

There is no way to cancel the appointment and they charge your credit card before the appointment even is complited. The first free consultation is not with an expert but with a guy who just take your credit card details so they can charge you for an appointment that you cannot even cancel because there is no one who answers the phone. What a scam and not worth your time. Not happy at all and iIwant my money back!

I have had all the symptoms of Hypothyroidism for many years and have been back and forth to numerous doctors for tests. All said my blood levels have come back normal. I saw an advertisement for the Lucy Rose Clinic on Facebook and thought “this is me”. I contacted them immediately and had my first consultation with Kimberley at the Lucy Rose Clinic in Adelaide. She was very helpful and encouraging. I have my follow up appointment this week and looking forward to more positive/helpful advice and hopefully treatment to get my life back on track.
