Just back from a 3 night stay at The Lodge. Such a great location for exploring the Barossa.
Superb accommodation. Wonderful hosts. Stunning food. Amazing hospitality. Gorgeous guest areas. Beautiful grounds.

We had an overnight stay here to celebrate our anniversary. The host Colin is so accomodating and lovely and the place is clean and cosy. It's so nice to meet other visitors that's staying in the same place. We had lovely chats during breakfast the following morning. Breakfast is really good and very generous serving. I will recommend this place to stay if you're in Barossa.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The host was engaging and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Will definitely recommend to our friends and return in the future.

We had a really great stay at this beautiful B&B just across the road from Seppeltsfield Village. Room was roomy and very comfortable. Living area was lovely and spacious. Breakfast made to order was delicious. Highly recommended.

We booked the entire lodge for 2 young families and we had the most amazing stay. The hosts were exceptional and catered dinner for our children every night, full breakfasts each morning and just the most picturesque and lovely house and grounds to stay in. Could not fault a single thing, highly recommend.

Amazingly comfortable spacious rooms with wonderful furnishing. Such a peaceful ambience and beautiful surroundings. To wake up to the sound of the birds in the morning. The food that was served to us was sensational, service was exceptional.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Very generous breakfast and spacious bedroom. There is a fireplace in the common lounge with tea, coffee, nesspresso, wine and beer etc available. Very cosy. As it was winter and wet, we didn't use or check out the tennis court or the pool. Within walking distance to Hently Farm and the Fino restaurant. Both Phil and Colin were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

A perfect location to explore the Barossa and all it has to offer. Colin & Phil are the perfect hosts. The breakfast was harty and delectible. Relaxing in front of the fire in the evening with a port topped of a couple of very relaxing days. The grounds are delightful. Highly recommend a stay at the Lodge Country House.

Perfect spot for my first trip outside of Victoria for 15mths. Quiet and relaxing with close proximity to all the tourist locations and wineries. The rooms large, airy and spotlessly clean. The guest lounge is large with a fully stocked drinks cabinet and the perfect place for making new friends with the other guests.

Phil is a fabulous cook, the breakfasts were Devine and filling for a day of searching and tasting for the perfect big bold Barossa Valley red. I highly recommend staying. You won’t be disappointed.

Private, lovely quite country residential house, scrumptious and generous breakfast.
Many snacks and wines for purchase to enjoy on the veranda or in front the fire.
Very handy to Tanunda, Nuriootpa and dozens of wineries.

We booked 2 months ago. We fly to Adelaide and the day before we are due to check in they advise us they are overbooked. I have worked in hospitality. How do you over book. Obviously a bigger party has made a more lucrative bookin after us and they have decided to go with the money. Now we are staying in a none catered house, not the ambiance we were looking for, for a parents retreat with out kids.

The owners were very friendly and professional during our stay, the accommodation was beautiful and relaxing and the food was wonderful

I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. The service, friendliness and cleanliness were outstanding. However, it was the feeling of being pampered that will keep us coming back. What a treat!

We absolutely loved our time at The Lodge! The historical building was beautiful and comfortable to relax in and Colin was an exemplary host who was friendly, informative and gave us great insights into the area. The food was delicious and we felt very pampered. A place where wonderful memories were made.
