A great family restaurant, inside playground for the kids. And amazing food. Generous size serving. Will definitely be returning.

A pretty good place to eat hot pot, the food is just ok but the service attitude is excellent and makes customers feel comfortable. The service staff seems to be busy working on weekends.

Victor, the vietnamese waiter. He is a great communicator, has a lively personality, and always greets customers with a smile. He introduced the menu and asked me and my partner whether we had hotpot before, then followed up with a bit of chit chat now and then. He always makes sure that we are looked after when he walks around.

There are dipping sauces located at the front, near the entrance. While you wait for your hotpot soup to be served, you can go up there and grab your own favourite dipping sauces. Also, there are some snacks if you're keen.

Menu and prices - not gonna lie is slightly expensive. We just chose small portions for each ingredient such as quail eggs, enoki mushrooms, Tasmanian Angus slice beef and Tiger prawn. We've chose chicken soup base. The soup base and amount of chicken in it is so generous that I have trouble even finishing the entire meal.

If you have kids, there's a playground at the back of the restaurant. And if you like a good drink.well they have list you can choose from. Me, well I chose Ice lemon tea. Goes well with hot savoury food.

Overall, you can't really complain.good food and atmosphere.

Honestly! THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT HOTPOT GUY. Especially this server called Charles I gained 3KG from all this good food. The music was nice too. I love one direction. We had the Tom yum broth with their special chef chicken and coconut broth which now is my personal favourite so thank you hotpot guy so much xoxo! Also, LOVE the mango pudding we could tell it was made with love.

It's good, very loud inside) the Velcro suits and wall, great fun for little kids, however, very expensive, the broth was delicious, highly recommend to see the free sauce bar, as we didn't know it was there, and by the time you order meat and broth alone, $130 for 4 people. We really needed more veg, to make it a full meal.

Friendly atmosphere, good food and variety choices. We took the two base option, tom yum and chicken broth. Service was excellent

The dining experience at Hotpot Guys was great! Their hospitality was warm and quick, not to mention the food was amazing. They have a full menu offering cocktails (which were colorful and tasty), entrees, and the quality of the main dishes was incredible. They also offer desserts, and I highly recommend trying their fried ice cream and puddings. Additionally, they provide a variety of dipping sauces, fruits, and snacks for kids free of charge. Lastly, I have to mention that the price of their food was very reasonable, below average. Must try!

Good selection of hotpot dishes and soup bases. The service is hit and miss. Had waiters that seemed to not want any customers and orders missed even after multiple reminders. We totally understand when it's busy but being in a VIP room it made it difficult to wave down help cos the in room call button wasn't always answered. Still a good place esp the beautiful decor

Worst ever service, specially the female waitress with short hair cover on her head. Would not recommend this place, and won’t be back again.

The hotpot was quite nice- there was a large range of side dishes/meat and it was decently priced. Seating could have been larger as our group of eight was crammed into a small table. Customer service was ok, although one waiter seemed quite inexperienced and splashed the hotpot water over the table.

I highly recommend getting the Tom Yum broth.

Then u can pick whatever meat u want eg crab, prawns, beef etc

But this meal was delicious because of the Tom Yum broth.

The best Chinese Hot pot in town. There are many choices of raw meat, vegetables, meatballs, types of soups, and sauces to choose from. You can choose a spiciness level from mild to flaming hot. Mala soup is recommended

Staff helpful to explain how it works. Was our first time. Good prices. Lots of different foods to try. Fun experience all round for newbies. Only go if you want to explore different food!

Dear management of The Hotpot Guy 9. I am very disappointed in my experience here at your restaurant.

This was my first time in your restaurant and will be my last time too.

First thing, you’re customer service is not good, it was absolutely appalling. Well using the walkie-talkie headsets, making it seem like you can't hear us, acting like you're in concert, is absolutely worried.

Second thing, it seemed like you didn't care that we were there, and was trying to get us out the door as soon as possible, it made us feel that you cared more about your culture of people, then us as foreigners who are not good enough to be in your restaurant.

Third thing, you try to blame us and ask us what we wanted to do about a hair in our food, at no point you asked straight away or apologise, about this situation, it is absolutely appalling, aswell As we said we didn't know if one of your team members hairs have dropped in to the salad and vegetables, and ask putting it into a food. As you'll see photos attached as well. Get your food standards up to scratch as well.so maybe get your customer service up to scratch and treat every person that walks your door as a valued customer, and it doesn't matter how much or how little the gonna buy.

I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

I love this restaurant. It has wonderful customer service and the food is very delicious. Visit this restaurant and you will not regret it

Went with my wife couple nights ago. Unfortunately, the bowls that were given kept cracking and had to return. No gesture of apology was given or compensation. This was my favourite place to attend, however, will not be returning.

Delicious Tom Yum Broth, Japanese A5 wagyu beef (on special), especially the vegetables, super fresh.

Brilliant. Everything hyper fresh. Great service. Great value. Great portions. Very nice. Very very nice.

I have been there few times already. Nice environment, nice food and nice service. Highly recommend.
