The Hope Valley Diner / Wood Fired Pizza Bar reviews
37Great Sunday brunch cafe! Awesome customer service, great quality and presentation of food. Love the calm choice of music. It’s a hidden gem!
Hot dog buns were soggy, the bottoms fell out while eating, yes they were take away but were eaten in the car on the way home, wasn't worth the time going back to complain
Wood Oven pizza was nice good quality pizza. Nice crusty pizza, the topping could be a lot more chunky with the Diavole topping I am used to seeing way more jalapenos and green capsicums too. It combines well with a generous amount of chillies too. Mixing fresh jalapenos with picked jalapenos could add more depth to the flavour. Leave off the anchovies, they are too salty.
Sorry the steam didn't come out of my ears when I ate this devil, hot Pizza. There is room for improvement. I am Italian Australian that remembers Uncle Charlie pizza in St Peter's. They made a chillies jalapeno Mexicana pizza that gave you a work out when I ate it. It was really hot with green and red peppers. It made your eyes water.
Terrible pizza! Gluten free base was crazy expensive and totally undercooked - it was cold and cheese was not melted properly, soggy base and tasteless overall. Husband's garlic bread was $6 for two slices, and it was stale. Won't bother going here again.
Absolutely amazing pizzas and quality ingredients. Has been my go to place since they opened up. I have tried every pizzeria in the areas surrounding and can honestly say that nothing compares for italian style pizza with quality ingredients made with a true love for the style!
It’s absolutely disgusting 3 pizzas and 2 of them were burnt and the other one was doughy and undercooked, the pizza bases were so thin we couldn’t even pick our pizza up. Would never order here again. Do not recommend! There’s 6 of us and we couldn’t eat even one pizza, they also refused to give a refund do not eat here
Very filling and yummy lunch. Staff are very friendly. Nice & quick service.
Highly recommended Hope Valley Cafe & Pizzeria.
When my food arrived it was cold. The pizza ingredients were clearly old. I didn't get the extra topping I paid more for and I now have a stomach ache. Not worth the 30 dollars i paid for it. Will not go back to this place
I have had amazing experience at this place. The woodfire Pizza is a must try; Ambience was great too! I will definately visit again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Trying this place for the first time, got the 12” BBQ Chicken. Base was really nice, wood oven thin base, cooked nicely. Pizza is loaded with ingredients which is a pleasant change.
The only feedback I would give is - this particular flavour has different types of mushrooms (button, enoki etc), stick to 1 type of mushroom such as the Button mushroom. Too many types adds too many complex flavours and enoki is too tough for a pizza.
Looking forward to trying more flavours and trying the cafe menu.
Always great friendly service, great coffee, fantastic croissants, fresh rolls & cakes & all the food looks delicious
Friendly staff. Great coffee and cake. Happy to do special requests. Good selection of lunches and other meals and at night pizzas.
Amazing cafe in the burbs with some great service and a smile. Had a delightful double egg and bacon burger for brekky topped with a smooth coffee. Loved it
Each time we order, our order seems to be getting smaller and smaller but the price seems to stay the same, and nothing says great service like when you phone in an order to avoid the wait and they only start cooking it when you walk through the door.
Saw this cafe whilst walking the dog. Thought is pop In for a coffee for my wife. Friendly staff bought a steak sandwich and a coffee. Very nice. Thanks.
12.20 and pie warmer has 1 pastie and a weird pie.chose a sandwich.ham & cheese with tomatoe & lettuce.you forgot the lettuce. (wasnt a huge order). On brown bread, (bread was stale on a monday?)
I want to eat healthy, Trying to avoid HJ's and Maccas, but every time i stop some where like yours, it just becomes harder
