Excellent service. Dr David is the best doctor I have had in Adelaide. He is very thorough and caring.

The GPs here are really nice and try to help! But you gotta get through receptionists first, and that is hard most of the time

Bad service. Needed files sent over so I can have surgery done and they keep pushing it out, and delaying this for me. Every other surgery does it immediately or within a day and this place keeps lieing to me and it's now delayed my surgery for weeks. Phoned up countless times tell them I need to have them sent over and so did the GP needing them which failed them as Priory and urgent. Do not recommend this surgery at all. Plus their prices are such a rip off! Even for concessioners

I have been coming here for a year and a half now once out of hospital after major issues with my back and leg. I would recommend this place to anyone due to the care and help I am still receiving.

Rude and condescending young female receptionist. Either the doctor can't be bothered calling back about a prescription she forgot to write or the receptionist failed to pass the message on. I will be seeking another medical provider.

The Health Hub Family GP located at Glenelg is a one-stop shop when it comes to all your health needs. It is a practice that has looked after me since I began seeing a doctor here, commencing about 2 years ago.

Given that my ailments are not of the usual variety, my treating doctor has handled them with aplomb and he is an exceptionally respectful doctor. I know this factually because he is my doctor. I seriously, would recommend this practice to anyone.

I've never found a GP practice to be perfect, but The Health Hub at Glenelg is about as close as it gets to a bull's eye in my opinion.

Thank you for the quality of care that has been extended during which has been just such a confusing and difficult time for me. It's been hellish. The answers however to a lot of my conundrums have been revealing themselves to me lately, and there is a tangible connection to this fact and to my treating Doctor and the (consistent) high quality of care and respect that I've received from this practice. @'%, `~-

Just a reminder, although it's listed on AHM website, it is NOT a Bulk Billing clinic. They charged $81 for attendance by a general practitioner lasting less than 20 minutes, leaving a gap of $42.8 which you have to pay by yourself.

They really should update their information with insurance company to avoid confusion and time waste.

Try to book in for my husband for an appointment. The rude receptionist treats me like a criminal and would not "listen" carefully before she's making her own assumption. It's a disgrace to the practise as receptionist is the first contact of customer services.
