The Ghan Kebab House

The food was absolutely divine. The lamb skewers cooked to perfection, the goat curry full of flavour and eggplant dish superb. Authentic beautiful food. More importantly the 5 star service my sister Elaine and I received from Salma topped it off. Thank you Salma for the wonderful service. You certainly made it a very enjoyable experience for us and we will be back again. We have found ourselves a new restaurant. Keep up the good work and well done Ghan Kebab House and of course Salma. Delicious food! The service was quick and everything was in order even though we were a very large group and the restaurant had many other customers at the time. The only negative thing is that the acoustics of the dining room made it difficult to have a conversation with anyone not sitting right next to you.

Staff and service is fine.
Food is delicious and portion size is great.
Prices are very reasonable.
Chicken on the bone can sometimes be undercooked so check before you eat or ask them to ensure proper cooking before serving.
It's suitable for family dinners with platter options.
Parking is easily available on the street.

Place is clean, staffs are friendly, price is reasonable, but kebab is below the average level. Maybe it's my personal issues, maybe I'm not familiar with Afghan cuisine, but in my view the nearby Uyghur restaurant have far better kebab.

Awful falooda, close that section if you unable to provide quality food. I asked for kulfi falooda, they given vanilla ice cream and some noodles and sugar syrup and saying it's kulfi falooda. No knowledge about how to make falooda and kulfi ice cream. Learn at first how to make it and then sell.

I’ll come this restaurant again and tell my friends about this restaurant. The mix bbq is delicious and roast chicken is great.

Absolutely delicious food! The kebab rolls are perfect in quantity and the meat is always succulent, perfectly cooked with no gristle. The spices are delicate without being non-existent, and perfect for those who don't like spicy food but would like to "test the spice waters" if you will. It's a newly discovered joint for us and we will continue to go back. Highly, highly recommend!

Just amazing - 2nd meal there and both times were fantastic - meat is tender and not a speck of gristle to be found - wraps are soft but strong and salad crispy - curry and rice was beautiful. Well done Ghan Kebab - definitely recommend!

Don't be deceived by the dim lighting outside the restaurant once you go in its a world of it's own, hustling with lot of people and waitresses carrying around heaps of meal on sticks and huge naan bread. This place serves authentic kababs, pulav, naan, lamb korma and veggie options. Huge serving portions, yummilicous food and helpful service this place is great for family and groups. You will better seating options if you reserve a table.

Great food, friendly staff, great customer service. Whenever i had food at this place i always enjoyed it. Awesome atmosphere. Would love to go there again.highly recommend to friends and family.

Dined in and ordered mixed kebabs. Warm and friendly table service, water and glasses provided. Food arrived quickly and came with sauces, bread and a salad. Plentiful, cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Will be going back!

The Ghan is a tough gun for all other kebab shops in Adelaide. Tasty food at fair price. They have come a long way in the last few years. The place is full of customers everyday. Gets very busy on the weekends. They have good deserts and tea as well. Not a fan of their juice section though.

If you are a 'kabab' person, definitely should try this. The best skewers are served here among all Adelaide's restaurants. And also one of the best halal restaurant

Lead by reviews and now a monthly regular. Simply the best in town, clean venue, friendly staff and reasonable price. I always order the 3 different skewers on rice (#22) plus a bread. Food that fits for a king.

One of my favourite Afghan kebab restaurant in prospect. Their kebabs are cooked perfectly and it doesn't take long for food to come out. Customer service is great as well as I have mainly been dining in the restaurant. You can get takeaway if you don't to have it so it is great in that aspect. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to go if you are looking to try different quinine. Amazing food. Great staff. Bright clean and themed restaurant. The fact that it is popular and busy speaks for itself. Better to book however we didnt have trouble getting a table quite late!
