29 Chicken skewers were dry. Whole chicken was dry.everything was falling apart.usually not like this.might be change of chefs.
But must complain because we were looking forward to it.
Incredible food, the lamb was fantastic. We had takeaway but dine in looks like it'd be a wonderful evening.
Food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a lot. Love their skewers and bread nun. Has parking facility and plenty of seat. A bit expensive though
Their food is very good but service is worst. The waiters don’t know how to manage who to serve And when to serve.
I’ve eaten a lot of kebab in my time, and far out this one is good. Honestly, maybe the best. The meat is tender and juicy and seasoned to perfection, chips are hot and crunchy. Staff are friendly and the inside of the restaurant is clean and well-decorated. Love it here.
Extremely poor and late service at the one on Seacombe Rd! One person from our group was left waiting for their food. Everyone had finished their food and he still hadn't recieved his food! Atrocious!
The service was really bad everyone in our group got there food but one didn't and it took them 1 hour to serve one person and there was no rush at that time
Worst customer service ever experienced. They have lady waitress who seems untrained gloomy and somewhat shy for a waitress. Even with good food you won’t enjoy when you have to see sad/angry face serving you. Ordered kids meal a bread which was way spicy even for adults. Extremely disappointing.
Best Afghan food in SA. Have been ordering from here for ages and have never had a bad meal. It’s my regular spot! You won’t be disappointed
Me and my family usally come here alot and we really enjoy the food but we are starting to notice that the lamb meat is very chilli. It's almost Impossible to eat. Would recommend this place but do not order the lamb meat unless you love really chilli foods.
Not good service I called them before go they said come before 9 pm we reached there in 5 mins. When we ordered they said everything thing is finished. We r not happy with them. Very very poor service and they argue with us. Very non professional staff.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star, the food was utterly disgusting and spicy. We paid $100 for literally just bread because the kebab was not edible. The staff do not understand the phrase “No Spice”, as we ordered another 3 skewers with no spice and they still came back even spicier than before. They charged us $7 for a large chips and then only after told us that the fryer wasn’t working. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back next time.
Chicken yiros. No worries. It'll be in 4 to 5. Roll up at 330. Closed. Guy says it'll be ready between 4 an 5. So do I cone back at 430 to hedge my bets? Employee sitting at a table smoking too. Filthy joint.
Ordered 3 x chicken kebabs and 3 x lamb kebabs with bread, salad and sauce. For the amount of kebabs ordered (served in pieces, and not as meat on skewers), I found it to be over-priced and the salad content didn't meet our expectations. At that price point of $20.00+ p.p, I expected better and won't be returning, as there is better value at other local businesses. One of the lads serving at the main counter clearly had no customer service training which also detracted from the experience, mainly due to his abrupt and flippant attitude, which was another cross for that franchise.
If you decide to order takeaway, please don’t walk into the restaurant to order. Order via ubereats and pick up cause it’s much cheaper. And when raised to the staff, their answer was, you are not smart enough to order from Ubereats. Just WOW! 1st class customer service!
And just look at their reply. That shows how much customer means to them. And the matter was not resolved even if we tried to. They just kept brushing us off with excuses and just kept turning to the point that we should have just done an UberEats order. And they told us we can’t cancel the order because the order was already made. Icing on the cake - our full chicken comes without drumsticks! Ordered a full chicken which is definitely not a full chicken. And the reason why your staff was shushed was because he kept interrupting while I was talking. So talking over your customer is right? Raising your voice over the customer while the customer is talking is right? Maybe train your staff how to treat customer first before you put them at the front of house. Don’t worry brother. I will definitely not be returning and will steer clear of your place. As a paying customer, I would not want to be made to feel like I beg for free food from you. Well, you are not the only Afghan shop in Adelaide and the way you treat customers, no one will return a second time. And I will definitely be telling my friends never to step foot in your restaurant if they want to be treated with respect.
It's a smaller brunch but the food is as good as the main brunch.we went on a Monday night.it was still full.only problem was getting parking.always love Ghan's Kababs.better than any other kabab stores.
Delicious food first time to like eggplant and was so nice felt the real taste of the, goat meat, garlic Nan, and the bread that had potato in it so yummy salad so sweet
On arrival we went to use the rest room and discovered no soap or paper towels provided. We informed the staff about this. However this issue was never rectified. We proceeded to order our food and were seated. We sat and waited fifteen to twenty minutes later, only to be told the bhindi curry we ordered and already paid for was unavailable.
We subsequently requested this be substitute for a goat curry. We had to go back to the counter once
Upon bringing water we noted the we’d relalisedn dirty and unclean to our table
We requested extra chillies, plates and utensils from two different staff members waited whilst they they joked around at the counter, apparently unaware we needed this to eat the food we’d ordered.
Haven finally delivered the food. Poor work and business ethics, not forgetting the terrible customer service.
Delicious food, professional staff. Enjoyed the whole dine in experience. Definetely need to book before 6pm. It gets crazy busy
