What a beautiful place to be. The florist is so helpful, friendly and professional. I asked to create a bunch for a birthday and it was exactly what I described. I was so happy. Beautiful range of flowers and the price is good aswell. Definitely will come back to shop for flowers again. Thank you

Super disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a mix of 3 different varieties of flowers. The peonies never opened and the geraldton wax withered away within 4 days. I rang to get a replacement and was told geraldton wax flowers are supposed to only last 4 days. I went in to get a replacement for the cost of the peonies and told the lady there about the wax flowers not lasting. She said they should last 2 weeks (different lady to the one I spoke to on the phone). But she did not offer to replace the cost of the wax flowers. Moreover, I picked out a bunch of roses which was $10 cheaper than the peonies my boyfriend bought and wanted to also get a bunch of wax flowers they had which was $15. I was not going to spend an extra $5 after such a disappointing experience. The least they could do was let me have the wax flowers with the roses which would've only been $5 more than the peonies and doesn't even cover the cost of the wax flowers that only lasted 4 days. So I left with the roses only. The only flowers that were beautiful were the oriental lilies, but even still they only lasted half a week after opening. I've bought flowers for many years and have always found they last longer. If these flowers were cheap I would brush it off but they're expensive.

Beautiful flowers BUT.incredibly disappointed to be assured by the sales person flowers would 'yeah, arrive around lunch' that my partners daughters graduation flowers arrived closer to 5pm sadly, long after she had left for her party. And, I had to chase up delivery time at 3pm to find out what was the hold up. Be aware - they do not guarantee delivery times I've since discovered. $20 delivery fee for end of the day delivery. I may as well have just popped by the florist on the way home. Beautiful flowers.

My husband bought me 2 bunches of flowers on the 4th July! It was a special day for us. The native bunch was good. But, the poppies are very bad, they did not open up, just got rotten.
Very very disappointed esp.considering they are pricey!

I know very little about flowers but Sophie picked out a beautiful bouquet and was proficient and lovely to deal with over the phone. Will use again and recommend!

First time coming here, didn’t get hello from the girl working or any interest to see if we needed any help I never imagined to feel so uncomfortable a shop before, I felt like a burden and I didn’t even ask for help and I was her only customer.a bit more help and friendliness would be lovely. Other than that the flowers were beautiful.

I never complain or like to but I was very disappointed today whith the flower parade service. I had ordered a bunch of flowers for my mum on mothers day and she received a very poorly arranged bunch of flowers. What was also disappointing was the flowers were not what I originally ordered. I tried contacting the store but was brushed off and given another phone number to call that was not even active when I called to enquire about my order. As I live interstate and could not be there to give my mum a nice bunch of flowers in person, I was counting on a good professional service. When receiving a picture of the flowers I was heart broken with the little effort put into the arrangement and to top it off the flowers were not what I originally ordered for my mum. Very disappointed with the communication and how this was handled.

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers late at night online to be delivered the next afternoon for a friend to brighten her day. These guys did an absolutely gorgeous job and delivered on time. I really appreciated the handwritten note of the message I wanted. And the prices were very reasonable. Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering again:)

Terrible.ordered expensive flowers 2 days in advance to arrive before a set time for a special occasion and they failed.
