9Stopped in to buy some flowers for a bridal shower yesterday. I asked the lovely young lady (Caitlin I think she said her name was) for some advice on what would be a great bouquet for the bride to be. She was so helpful and made the most beautiful bouquet. Thank you so much!
Went here to buy flowers for my partner but the lady didn't bother to approach me and say hi, no other customers that time. She only say Hi when I talk to her first. 1/10 customer service. And the bouquet I bought died after few days. My first time buying here wasn't good. I'd rather buy in the rundle mall branch.
Stunning selection of flowers on offer. Went in on 2 occasions while visiting mum at St Andrews around the corner. The staff were friendly and happy and were helpful at explaining the different flowers availible. I got flowers for my wife here last week. The Flowers were great and the girls who work here go over and above what is expected. Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers!
Very disappointed. I'm a frequent buyer here for others. However 2 days ago I was lucky enough to receive flowers bought here for my birthday. They looked great and went straight into water, but by the following morning the flowers had wilted and the leaves were brown, and now after two days they are ready for the bin. I also received flowers from two other florists, and they are still fresh and blooming. I won't be shopping here again.
Flowers look great in store but I've purchased 6-7 times now due to the great location & opening hours. I've hoped for a change in quality, but each time they were completely wilted within 2-3 days max. Unfortunately the staff haven't been friendly either on most occasions.
