Best Pies and Pasties in Loxton.

Brilliant pumpkin, cheese, spinach and ginger pastry and a very tasty, freshly made and substantial 'five savoury' and egg sandwich! Good stuff Loxton bakery, fueled my drive home to Adelaide

Great salad sandwiches on dark bread. Sandwiches were made fresh to-order and served on a plate. This type of service is becoming rarer and rarer nowadays. You definitely stand out. Well done!

Stopped in for morning a coffee and a cake before our travels for the day. Great coffee and a good range of cakes to choose from. Staff really friendly. Well worth a visit as best coffee in town so far.

I love walking in the shop. The staff are wonderful. Always so friendly. The lady who usually makes coffee is a joy to speak with. She always makes me smile due to her wonderful, bright personality. The staff are what makes this shop worth a visit. Them and great food.

I was late to prep snacks for a meeting in Loxton this morning, but then I found The Country Bakehouse online. I rushed into the bakery and I was flustered and very indecisive about throwing some stuff together for a meeting that would soon begin.
I am so pleased and utterly grateful to share what a wonderful experience I had, which not only fulfilled my meeting snacks requirement, but also changed the state of my mind and put me at ease. The lovely ladies were so accommodating and responsive to understand what I was after and help me put together 3 platters (both sweet and savoury) within a very short time, while I waited in store & tried to calm down.
It seems I arrived there just before rush hour, because moments after I finally placed my order, the place was buzzing with a queue leading out the door!
Nevertheless, my order arrived. The snacks prepped were heated to perfection, cut to mini portions, assembled beautifully and boxed. They even helped me take it to my car!
Final result at meeting: Living up to their storefront benchmark, the food sent was also delicious!

Breakfast of Poached Eggs, Bacon and Tomato Relish for me and Scrambled Eggs with the same as mine, for my Darling, Cappuccino and English tea. Was excellent, service was excellent thanks to the chef and staff.

I always go to the Country Bakehouse when I'm in the riverland. Great coffee and Fantastic food. I love the plain pie and the pastie roll, but I will happily mix it up. Pictures of a beef cheese and bacon pie with a pastie roll.

Stopped for morning a found this gem of a bakery. Great coffee and cakes. The best custard tart I have ever had and that's saying something. Also spotted cream horns in the cabinet. Not seen those for years.highly recommended bakery stop.

Second time I've found a sausage roll that tastes amazing without having to kill it with sauce. Amazing pies and snag roll, great range of foods, drinks, baked goods and it smells delicious when you walk in! Definitely will come back again.

Popped in for a coffee but didn’t realize how delish it is! Lots of freshly baked goodies, bread and desserts.
Coffee is delish and strong, probably one of the best coffee in town/ neighbour of towns in the area.

I ordered the daily special of the Bruschetta, only $7.50 and it was huge! Love love love.

Plenty of seating with the booths, great for workers stopping by with laptop. Each booth has a PowerPoint also.

I went there this morning for a dirty chai.
The coffee was excellent.
A large range of cakes to choose from.
The staff were friendly.
It's clean and tidy.
Call in for a drink and a nibble, you won't regret it.

This is a busy country bakery with many varieties of pies and other items on offer. It was only 12: 30pm when we were here and yet I needed to resort to my second choice. This was a tasty pie, but perhaps should be renamed as its main ingredient wasn't chicken or mushroom, but the jelly like sauce instead. The staff were friendly and good at their jobs. A solid 3 out of 5.

Really good pie and I was told the pasties were awesome. Very friendly staff. Comfortable eat in area. Worth a visit, even if it out of your way.

Trying to decide whether to get lunch in Loxton or Berri? Choose Loxton and come here. Open and spacious, plenty of good seating, friendly and fast service, and delicious food. Sausage rolls were awesome. Great donuts.we're glad we stopped here.

Great coffee, great food, great atmosphere, would highly recommend visiting the country bakehouse, for a break, whenever you visit Loxton. Staff are always welcoming and friendly It definitely gets the five star rating from me.
