Just bought a Sausage roll it was overheated I could hardly cut when i got home it was shocking

It's basically impossible to find vegan options in a country town so we were ecstatic to find an array of savoury pies, sweet tarts and scrolls. The coffees are great and they have alternative milks available too. If you can have dairy, their apple cheesecakes are a must-have.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating as well. It's a great place to stop and rest if you've been on a bike ride! Will definitely pick up some more goodies here next time I'm in McLaren Vale.

Very dissatisfied. No cakes. Two cream bu s had seen better days. The pies were nice and the young girl that served us was lovely. So. Many customers left dissapointed. Will go to a better o e next time

We were heading out for a busy day and decided to call in for breakfast and we were very happy with the service from the staff, we were made to feel welcome and the food was fantastic and great value so we will definitely be back.

Stopped for bite to eat lunch time. My sister had a meat pie Very hard because either heated too long or warmer too hot. I only had a milk shake which was warm and I had to hunt it down because staff forgot. Sister also had small bottle orange juice. Total cost was $19.90 which was ridiculously expensive. Waiting staff seemed not up to the job.

We had 2 vegetable pasties and a steak and mushroom pie. All very delicious with friendly service.

More a coffee shop than a bakery, waited 5 minutes for service only to be told a salad roll will be 10 minutes.such a disappointment.

It's a great spot to stop and refresh. Good coffee and lovely cakes. Close to the bike track with a rack to safely hold bikes. Nice shady outdoor areas to sit in.

This is the best bakery in the world and definitely the best cafe in mclaren vale. Great service and good food!

Absolutely nice pies. Located in the main street, readily accessible. The toilet throws you a bit as you leave by the side door you seem to be outside! But turn right and you're fine!

The cottage bakery is one of the most popular bakery's around Noarlunga Area, it has the biggest variety of food I have seen

We were the only people in the bakery. 40min wait for a toasted focaccia. Luke warm and egg totally undercooked with clear white.

Was feeling spontaneous and went for the burgandy beef pie. Was pleasantly surprised by this delicious gem of a pie that I would definitely consider having again! All round nice experience and dare I say, comparable to the port Elliot bakery!
