Busy popular place, we booked on Valentine's Day and were only able to obtain a table outside. Still very good meal and ambience.

Horrible staff. They constantly ask you if you are done with your meal, indicating you to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. Not a single staff makes you feel welcomed and no smile on their faces. Not sure why they have such an attitude. The food was pretty average. Rumali roti was good but the lachcha paratha was not cooked properly. Mutton gravy made my tummy go for a toss next day. Veg starter platter was horrible. Too pricy and too much attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I been here so many times, food was really good, but bread naans all the time were not properly cooked, really disappointed with nanns.

Fantastic food, amazing service the staff are always friendly and attentive without hovering. They do take away but there is definitely a difference in the quality of food you get, take away is good but dine in is fantastic

The slow cook goat briyani is one of the best in Adelaide. Very consistent food quality. Highly recommended.

The staff was not very nice and were rushing us into ordering, taking the plates away and getting us out of the restaurant as fast as possible. The food was good but not very authentic. Personally, I left with negative feelings about the place, wouldn’t go there again.

Terrible service. Food was deliscious however had 6 waiters serving table and wrong order delivered to table. Gave feedback at counter no apology. Won't be eating here again. Do not recommend.

This is some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Everything was really fresh and perfectly cooked. Excellent service too. I will definitely be back.

Wow, never have I been spoken over and treated so poorly as a paying customer. I politely called & asked where our takeaway order has gotten to after acknowledging an obviously busy night (Valentine’s Day). Working in dental, I understand some wait time is unavoidable. After initially being given a wait time of 40 minutes we have now been left waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes (at the time of the phone call). I called the restaurant and was advised my Deliveroo driver apparently cancelled twice? Unlikely as I have two drivers who have contacted me with pick up confirmation and obvious cancelation as no food was ready. I then tried to explain this and I was spoken over and hung up on. Really really unimpressed, condescending and poor customer service. I will be advising my friends and family in the area to not attend. So much competition for nice Indian restaurants in the area.id honestly just go elsewhere. Still waiting now after 3 phone calls the last two saying “it’s on it’s way” 2 hours 15 minutes on the clock now. Let’s see if we even get our food. Don’t really see the point in lying about delivery times. Customer service 101.

Edit: 2.30 hours after initial order, after calling again, as the food was supposedly “on its way” 35 minutes ago we discovered that the food was not in fact on its way and whoever was on the phone was audibly annoyed we had called and we were advised we would be given a voucher for our troubles lol. No apology, just wasted time and rudeness.

Who talks to people like that?

Great food and service. Always consistent and great atmosphere. Love having our business meetings here, as their friendly / professional staff always offer courteous service. We'll be back. Keep up the great work!

Can here for a work Christmas dinner. The food is fantastic and so was the staff. We had shared platters of different dishes and desserts. Actually it was the 2nd Christmas dinner here and both times the food is really really good.

Sat at one of the outdoor enclosed tables. Dim yellow lights and warmth from the ceiling heaters gave me a curious sense of tranquillity. Loved the Naan bread, the lamb rogan josh and beef curry with rice, I think it was. Definitely will come again, especially at night so i can get that zen feel ;)

Simply delicious! We ordered takeaway tonight from the Norwood kitchen - the food arrived still warm; the curries were fragrant and well spiced without being overpoweringly hot; the pakoras were crispy and very tasty. Best of all, all the dishes were gluten free - a big tick for coeliac-friendly cuisine. My only criticism would be the size of the portions - huge! We ordered for 2 but could easily have fed 4. We'll definitely order from Cinnamon Club again. Very very good.

Regularly visit here for friday lunches. They have an awesome lunch time deal. Can't wait to take my wife here and have a romantic dine in experience. Inside looks amazing and feels comfortable. Staff have always been great to do with and the food has been amazing.

I dined here last Friday night with my husband and son. We arrived just after 7.30 pm & we all ordered the banquet. We had only had our entres by 9 pm & we were not able to wait any longer. We mentioned this to the waiter & waitress a couple of time, where we were told the food was on it's way but still waited some time. At 9.15 pm, we had to leave. We were happy to pay for what we had eaten and drank, which we did. The manager came over to us and firmly asked us to sit down as our food was on it's way out. We explained we needed to go. He then raised his voice and said in a very arrogant manner, "Well, you shouldn't have ordered the banquet". We were shocked at this response coming from the manager. My husband then said, "We have had the banquet before and have never waited this long. " The manager then said again in an arrogant manner, "Well, we are busy. " He then said, "I am not going to stand here arguing with you", which was funny when he was actually creating the argument himself. As he helped the waiter work out our bill, he shook his head & rolled his eyes, which again, was extremely rude. A short time later, we walked along side the restaurant where this manager was smoking with another person. With this, we wondering how busy he really was. We would have settled with an apology and been on our way. We always come to this restaurant as we live in the area, but after being spoken to like this by the manager, we will not be returning nor will we recommend it to our family, friends and colleagues who we have strong business connections with locally. To the manager: In customer service, it is NOT professional and NOT okay to speak to customers in this manner. If you speak to your customers like this, I hate to think how you must treat your staff.

The positive reputation of this Indian eatery is well deserved. The food is among the best we have tried. Good attentive service perhaps at times too much so - we were asked three times in the space of a few minutes if they could remove our wine glasses (no thanks). The only downside was the high noise level due to the wooden floors and absence of anything to absorb the chatter of a busy Saturday night. But really should be tried for the authentic cuisine perfectly executed. 4 and 1/2 stars from our table.

One of employe of this restaurent, a name gaurav is very rude to customer. Yesterday, We had worst experience in this restaurant. We don't know about food quality. But after this behaviour i don't think so it is matter any longer.
