I have seen noticeable improvements with my lower and upper back issues since I started seeing Dr Paula. Physio just didn't work for me - it would fix the problem for a few days, but then return. Once a month with Dr Paula and I feel great. I also love the evidence-based approach she has. My x-rays show the progress. In all honesty, I had my doubts about chiropractic (was a bit scared about the whole 'cracking' thing) but it really works for me, after YEARS of pain.
