Terrible at taking a phone order. Have called up multiple times now, phone is engaged. And when I get through have been put on hold twice now and just forgot about. As attached was on hold for 5 minutes…. Have found a new local and will not buy from this shop ever again.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SOMEONE CALLED. HUMMAD.
HE WAS ALSO ABUSING THE FEMALE CO-WORKERS WHEN I WALKED IN TO ORDER MY FOOD
WHICH IS UN-ACCEPTABLE IN ANY FORM
I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

I WOULD NOT SEND MY DAUGHTERS. TO ORDER IN THIS PLACE WITHOUT ME
I FEEL LIKE IT WOULD BE UNSAFE FOR THEM TO BE AROUND SUCH PERSON AS THIS WORKER NAMED"HUMMAD.
Other than that chips are good

The only thing I have eaten here so far is their hot chips, but those alone are worth 5 stars.
This place is my number one go-to for hot chips

Wish I could add a photo steak sandwich more like minces who cut it up like this and what have you covered the meat in

Got a hot dog and a fritter roll, wasn't too bad besides the fact that the egg on the hot dog had egg shells all through it so the egg had to be taken off. And my fritters had chicken salt on them which I've never had done to my fritter before from anywhere, was a bit sickening and didn't really taste the best but other than that was okay.

Very good quality nothing missing ordered steak burger with extras, was amazing flavour in the meat that wasnt chewy, and the batter was not too thick not too thin and butterfish was crispy batterred and still juicy.

Finally! Take away worth paying for! Ordered through uber eats, arrived quickly and hot. The Lamb yiros' were so moreish my only complaint is how much mess I made devouring it (100% my fault btw) & their chips never disappoint! Keep the yummy food coming guys:)

Just got food here because reviews said they was good but a hot chicken roll with overcooked rock hared dry chicken and fish buger with brown lettuce very dissaponted

Ordered Uber Eats from here and forgot our coke, was told to order a can of coke for a refund. No offer for delivery of said drink, so went and got it myself owners didn’t care about their mistake got 1 apology from a worker that’s it. By the time I got back home my chips were cold, waste of time don’t order through their Uber eats.

Great chips and gravy, friendly staff. Always get more chips than you pay for. Nice and clean place with a good selection of food.

This place use to be good, but over time more and more i regret my decision to get food from here. From recieving cold food or the wrong food or waiting ages for basic orders its just going downhill.

HEALTH WARNING: food thats been taken out the store by a customer and returned just to be served to another customer. You guys are filth.you should be shut down! NEVER GO HERE!

Absolutely the best chicken shop around, chicken moist. When ordering a bag of chips you would get a bag and half. If looking for a good feed, then try the chicken home first.

Chips taste amazing however this is the third time I have been given incorrect chip size. The board shows a massive bag for $7 and then they give u this bag no bigger than your hand. Quite embarrassing when u have friends over for a feed and u have enough chips for 2 people. When confronted the staff they just said it's the basket size. Has just happened again only reason I go back is it's so close to home. But sorry guys I pay $7 I think I should get way more than the smallest Bag of chips. The sizing is wrong!

Portions of chips in hotpacks too much. Despite what the board says peas, carrots and gravy cost extra. No sugar on pineapple or banana fritters.

Love the area. So should have bought our house there not in Elizabeth Downs. Still only a suburb away so I will be going back there.

Fantastic food and large portions. Customer service was a little lacking, the server was quite unwelcoming, but the quality of food easily makes up for that.

Food lovely. But the girl that works the register has alot of attitude, quite abrupt and rudely spoken. Looks like the manager is a very angry person. Quite rude as well
