Had to make a quick stop for candles and cake toppers and found wonderful service and very friendly staff who helped us make the right choice.as we were already running late for lunch!

They made it fresh from scratch cos we just needed a number and white is her favourite flavour.just perfect!

I wish I could leave more stars! The staff was absolutely amazing. And the cake was delicious! Thank you so much for helping to make my little ones day so special

We ordered a cake day before yesterday and we found a part of nail inside the cake after that we all are feeling sick and we are having vomiting as well. This the the worst experience we phase here.

The only star is for good looking cake only, otherwise this shop doesn't even deserve this.
Taste of cake was awful.

And their service is even worse.
The box given for the cake was so tight, top of my cake was touching the box.

Instead of given a bigger box that staff saying, Ok don't close the lid completely!

" Dont you have bigger box? "
"Ah yes, but thats $2 extra you have to pay"!

Literally I paid that extra $2 to save my cake!

1st time here and obviously the last time.

In cheesecake shop Salisbury The worker Donna is fantastic and cooperative today she helped me a lot. She patiently listen to us and did our customized cake very professional and very friendly I appreciate her work standards and ethics.

Not as nice as it once was here. They like to glaze everything with awful gelatine, even the bee sting torte for goodness sake. I haven't bought here in years. It does not compare to other stores.

The cakes are sickeningly sweet, ordered the coffee peacan cake and could only had 2 slices and the rest sat in the fridge until thrown out. Came back another time and decided to order the tiramisu thinking it would not be as sweet as the other one but still was too sweet, other wise lovely customer service and cake was well presented. Maybe this place just isn’t for me

Came in yesterday to purchase a cake and was served by the lovely girl Caitlin! She offered to take out my cake and was so friendly and prompt with her approach. Will be coming back

Amazing cake! We got a photo printed onto the icing and the process was so easy! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The cake was delicious and they were very accommodating when I had to change my pick up time for the cake. We often gets cakes from this store and they are always perfect and delicious. Highly recommend them and will definitely be getting more cakes with photos on them as well.

It may look easy. But there are tons of efforts and details to take care of. Good work! What a wonderful cake this is. I tried Pineapple eggless cake and I simply loved it. Always have a great selection of yummy, fresh cakes. Went into the store last night after work, and had 2 young girls serve me who were very prompt, very friendly, and very helpful. Love ya work!

We saw a mermaid cake on the cheesecake shop facebook page that our 5 year old just had to have. I emailed the store a photo and was able to confirm & pay over the phone. The communication from staff was excellent and I felt confident that cake would be made as requested. It was, and our daughter loved it.
