Our go to shop for birthday cakes. The Beesting cake is our favourite and never disappoints! Staff are always friendly and always open the door for me which is helpful when trying to carry the cake box.:)
Not what I expected from a well established franchise, staff acted like they didn't want to be there and really didn't want to talk to or serve customers. As well as the rudeness my cake wasn't put properly on a tray, so slipped and smeared all over the side of the box. Not coming back
I like Cheesecake Shops, you know exactly what you're getting. Expensive but consistent. Not this scary spot, the parent company needs to shut this store, the food is awful and the customer service even worse. I'm not doing you a favour, I'm paying a lot for some cakes. Give me some value for money please.
Had pur first ever vegan cake from the Cheesecake Shop. It was great, I would definitely recommend it.

This palce keeps selling us old cakes. DO NOT BUY.cakes are not fresh and go bad after one day, poor form, Dislike!
First class service and high quality products. Even offered to carry cake to the car as i had my daughter with me. Superb, highly recommend. Nice to see customer service is still available.
