The Cheesecake Shop Park Holme

We had the carrot cake for a group of about 25 and there was enough for everyone. Light and tasty with plenty of pepitas and candied apricots on top.
So two days later we had a cheesecake for our breakup party. Both were very fresh and well presented.

Pathetic customer service and pathetic product quality. Preorder an egg less cake 1 day ago. When went for pickup, the front desk staff handed me over the frozen cake. I told her I need to gift this cake to someone. The front desk staff was very rude and started preaching me how to defrost it. It is not a cheap cake, i paid $47.95 for it and got third grade quality and 3rd grade customer service. I could have created a scene over there but I chose not to as there were many other customers lined up after me. Had to buy another cake from other Baker to gift my friend as i had no time to defrost the frozen cake. Double spent just because of ignorance and unprofessional staff at the Park Holme Cheesecake shop. Not at all happy with the product quality or the customer service. Never going back to this store and will never recommend it to anyone. Want to give negative star for this store and their staff, but Google doesnot have this option.

Amazing amazing staff. Got two cakes today and gave me complimentary writing on top. So happy with the service and hospitality.

My wife ordered 3 Black Forest cakes for her 60th birthday on 06/08 and they were absolutely amazing.
They looked spectacular and were deliciously tasty and all of our guests were very impressed

One of your staff or the person who owns the shop is rude & doesn't know how to speak to customers! He was rude & unaccommodating on the phone when asked about custom cakes. Gentleman, The first rule of any business is treat or speak to ur customers in a polite way. You just lost one for life & will make sure others know about it. Keep ur $2k cake with you and rub it on ur face mate!

LIARS worst customer service I ever had just in 1 second I took step out from the shop then came back complain that candy is broken and she replied you broke it and you drop the cake now you guys can check the pictures is it look like I drop it or it’s only candy which was broken serious liars no refund no return thugs never go again won’t recommend anyone

I ordered a black forest cake and a cookies and cream and it came out wonderful. The way the cake melted in my mouth it was astronomically pleasing.

We always have an amazing experience, not only one of the tastiest cakes but also the best service. They are very considerate to our requests for special cakes @ special occasions.

Love the service. I always go there for my birthday cakes and it’s perfect everytime. The team is amazing, super helpful and patient while i was picking out a cake. They also provided information about what cake is Halal and what isn’t. 10/10 would recommend this store

Cake price was $5 but charged $8. After calling them guy said it’s not possible and come back with cake box to confirm. Who will come travel back for the 8kms for return $3. Guy has no trust. I’m Regular customer of cheesecake but really dowse disappointed. Instead of feeling sorry guy on phone said come back to shop with cake box. The cake was for my kids so there is no point to go back. Never go on this store again

Adelaide cup day and the website says it's open at 9am. I arrived at 10am and it was closed. Rang the number and automated service says opening at 10. At 10.05am still closed and someone drove around to back of shop so by 10.15am they were opening. I entered yhe store and waited for someone to come from the back to be greeted with "yes". No other words were spoken and she got my cake, gave me the price and I left without another word being said buy the sales person. Service was appalling.

I have recently bought an American Baked Cheesecake and I loved them until you change the base. Why did you change the base from crumb to tart case. I don't think its a cheesecake at that point and just a creamy tart. I like the filling but the tart base put me off, I don't expect I will be buying a cheese cake from here again unless the base is changed.

Thank you guys for making my daughter's 1st birthday special. The cake was beautiful, tasty and worth the price. Highly recommended.

They customer service is another plus. The manager advised me about the size and design of the cake and i am extremely happy that I followed his advice. Hope to see you guys soon for all upcoming events.

I ordered Black Forest cake and the taste was subpar. Very little amount of cream and it tastes sour for some reason. I won't be getting my birthday cakes from there. For $39, you can do better.

Ordered my sons birthday cake and was very unhappy paid an extra fee for photo on cake that was put on terrible to the point it kept falling off ink wasn’t dry on photo so patchy in places was told to just stick it back on when I pointed out it was coming away from the cake before I even left the store very unprofessional will never use this company again cake was nothing like I asked for

Their quality has dropped so bad that I had to throw away 3/4th of my cake straight to the bin. This is the 3rd time the cake is not fresh. I had enough and won't buy from here again. Changing the dates on the cake won't keep it fresh. Do something about it or won't last long.

I placed an order approximately 2weeks before I wanted a cake, paid in full online, even arrived after my allocated time and my cake was still over an hour away from being ready. I drove 1.5hrs. Extremely disappointed!
