Went there when there bought a midi Beesting Torte & a Tiramisu Torte quarter. Wasn't impressed with the Tiramisu torte & was very glad I only bought the quarter. Both cakes were very disappointing & way too sweet. In this day and age with diabetes on the rise, you'd think they'd lower the amount of sugar, not increase it. After all they do cater for people with gluten intolerance & vegans, so why not diabetics and the more health concious? Marianne was very helpful & friendly.

Staff were amazing from the get go, were given a photograph to make a cake and make something incredible that's for sure. Very impressed and happy with their service and talent. Highly recommend.

Mack is so lovely i just been to the gilles plain and had so bad experience. But mack is so welcoming

Purchased a birthday mud cake at $50.
The cake was good and was still good a couple of days after purchase.
Customer service was very good. Price is steep for a cake (although I believe that would be set for the franchise group). Would probably come here again.

Always makes the best cakes and cupcakes and the owners are always a ray of sunshine and so generous. Cannot rate them high enough!

The BEST place to get a cake! The staff are so kind and helpful, and the cakes have always tasted and looked spot on. Even the custom cakes I’ve ordered have been above and beyond what I imagined.

WOW! What can i even say…
their cake was impeccable, the staff are now like my family and the store was so well maintained.i cant think of anywhere else where i would wanna purchase a cake from.

I would give zero star if I could. They sold me a dried-out cake and would not exchange or refund. As I stepped out of the shop, I checked the cake and realized the cake was little dried out. Went back into the store immediately, asked for exchange or refund but told no because I went outside.

I bought a cake from them. Just after 2 days i found fungus on the strawberries, but still cake is having 3 more days to expire went to shop to show them. They behave very rudely and said we don't give expiry of fruits on them. If you are not giving the gurantee of fruit that does'nt mean you can give expired fruit. You can see the quality of strawberry in image.
Very bad customer service.

Bought a cake for $44 and the expiry date was the next day. Really to pay full price for a cake that is almost expired is a rip off. Dry sponge cake so not coming back for sure.

Very helpful staff who were able to answer my questions about ingredients. The cheesecake looks beautiful!

They were already closed but we needed a cake urgently. The guy that worked today was so nice and he let us get the cake. Whoever that guy was needs a raise lol

These people are incredibly lovely and talented. They did our little Charlie's birthday cakes and they turned out better than we could have imagined. ️

Poor customer service, they put the wrong price tag on the cake. No apology and do not honour the false advertising law.

I ordered a cake on Saturday to pick it up today the Wednesday first the icing of the cake very bad test like soup make a test like a Vomiting in your throat then I had to remove the icing of the cake trying to fix it and OMG what I found later on the top piece was a disaster there was an Insect yes it's an insect on my $70 CAKE VERY HORRIBLE ANB DISAPPOINTED
